I like the pool area

It’s no secret that the resort needs a total upgrade. But the renovated rooms are perfectly Fine and clean . My room had no smell At all and everything was fresh and clean. The pool is nice and big and beautiful and the beach is in an awesome location. Resort was fine to me minus the hallways being old but your not sleeping in the hallways lol wish they had more dinner and breakfast options . I would return for that price my kids had a blast !

Poor, poor, poor experience. Where do I start- drilling during sleeping hours, inconsistent hot water for shower, broken closet, vomit situation over porch balcony, management who promised a call back that never happened, room change that never happened, no TV, internet not working. Never again 👎

Terrible hotel. It was extremely overpriced. It’s falling apart. Dirty room with some old broken furniture, rusty bathroom and broken tiles on the floor. Dust and sand was everywhere. I wish I never looked under my bed…. I even had some ants crawling in it. Overall, an extremely filthy old room with no food available in the lobby. The only good thing was a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Not sure if they have better rooms, perhaps, but my experience was awful. Never ever I will come back to this hotel!!!

Room was dirty hairs everywhere they never came to switch out the trash! Hotel is pretty old elevators work ok sometimes they took for ever to come down, no emergency exit on the floor where we stayed at and that was the 4th floor

horrible customer service, room not clean

Great location. No climate control in room. Just cold air AC or off. No heat.

The property is definitely old and worn down. The rooms looked nice but there were things about them that could use some work. There was a bleach stained ottoman in our room and goldfish left behind the bed from I’m assuming children. The pool is nice. We didn’t get room service our entire stay and had to continuously call down for new towels and extra toilet paper. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t the worst

Good location but this property is in serious need of tender loving care. Stucco is peeling off the walls, sliding door to balcony is very old, smells mildewy in the room, bathroom has handles and curtain rods barely holding on to a wall or cupboard, cable tv went out a few times, lock on balcony sliding door was broken and had to be fixed. I did not hang any items of clothing in the mildew smelling closets, nor did I use any of the drawers in the very old armoire. The bed was fine. Staff downstairs were good except the guy this morning at check out was not personable or friendly at all.

I liked the area, it was beautiful and quiet. Close to local Mall, stores and food options. Right off the beach which was the best and I loved the bar attached out back. Inside the building they have a pizza shop and convenient stores which was awesome. Very slow with any room service request, staff had an attitude every time I called for any service.
