Good sea view. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but got a room with single queen bed. We PAID for the extra bed! The TV screen turned on with no reason in the night and its glorious light shined on everyone's face. The noise from other rooms spreaded into our room without noticable attenuation You have no idea where they parked your car overnight.

We had a dance convention this weekend and chose this place to stay because of the reasonable price compared to ones that are near the JW Turnberry (location of the convention). Plus, it was located right on the beach. You must valet when you get here and of course there is a charge for those built into the price of the stay. We understand that since there is no parking lot on premises, they use the lot right next door. They also let you know that it takes about 20 min to get your car so be mindful of the time. Checking in was easy and the staff is super nice. The hotel doesn’t offer much for eating except a pizza place and a small food café, they do have a small shop along with a barbershop on premises. The pool was nice, and they had plenty of towels. The beach is right there after the pool, which was very nice too. Chairs and umbrella were not included in our stay $20/umbrella and $10/1 chair. The room was a little dated and since they have stoves in the room, your neighbor might be cooking and there will be some smells coming from the rooms. The bed was not bad, but not excellent either. Sheets were cleaned but the chairs in the room were ready to fall apart. The thermostat in the room must be from the 60’s because I’ve never seen ones like these before. You might want to turn the fan down since it can be loud. Overall, the stay was not bad and not much you can do about the rooms being so dated.

Clean room! Very spacious. It had a decent sized refrigerator (not a dorm fridge), a stove top, dishes. It was a mini studio apt. And the price was perfect. It was reasonable for a place right on the beach. It is older & only12 floors- not a highrise. But the history of the place makes up for that. I loved thinking about how the hotel was hear long before all the others and it is still going strong!

The room was the most outdated with stained walls and baseboards, chipped floor tiles, lights that did not work. The furniture, mainly the lazy boy couch was broken. Couldn’t get the one side to go down and could not get the other side to go up. Also, there was construction going on next door all week long. Very loud and disturbing. Also staff at pool were like policemen. Watching your every move. Could not eat or drink at pool unless you bought from the tiki outside restaurant which costed your arm and leg for payment. Very uncomfortable situation when someone tried to bring food to the pool area. They were confronted by staff, This was absolutely the worst room-resort we have ever stayed at. Disgusting all around. Valet for parking the car was good. And Pizza Bianca was great with friendly people. Will not ever be returning!!!!

The room was filthy. Hair everywhere. Splatter of who knows what on the cupboards. The couch was so gross I didn’t dare sit. On top of that there was NO heat or hot water. We asked and she said the hotel didn’t have heat…. I asked for extra blankets they didn’t have any. They found one and brought it up hours later. I went to bed with long pants, socks a hoodie and jacket. Terrible in every aspect. Very run down, disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was supposed to include a kitchen, got only a microwave and refrigerator. Tiny sink, no cooktop. Several mis-matched plates and silverware with one somewhat sharp serrated knife. Coffee in room but no coffeemaker. (Good thing be brought out own!) Water was off for several hours one day. Lots of construction going on, causing lots of noise. Tub was slippery (no safety patches) and bath was dingy and needed painting. Room was small. Doordash bag left outside the room was there when we checked in, still there four days later when we checked out. Bed changed on day 3, but towels not changed (we mistakenly left them on hooks so they'd dry after learning they'd not be changed daily)! Outdoor deck had great view of water, but only two hard-back upright chairs for sitting, no tables, no lounger. We will NOT be coming back to this place!

It was an amazing stay! Carla was awesome and so helpful. She was courteous and cleaned up without us even asking. She is a treasure. Front desk staff was awesome and helped us when we checked in a little early. It was a great experience. The view and beach were amazing. We will be back!!!

The room was clean, pool amazing and the beach was nice. Quiet and the staff were helpful. Only downside was having to pay for valet parking and not having the car available whenever we wanted it.
