Great and responsive staff.

302 dollars of unexpected charges.

I'm not picky but I have a 6 month old who was crawling and the dirt was very disappointing

Awesome resort to visit, the staff was very freindly and attentive, the pools and beach were a tropical oasis, the restaurants and pool/beach bars were fun to relax at. The view from the room was over the entire bay, where you can see all the yachts as well as sports cars driving on the strip. Will definitely visit again!

Cleanliness. Food prices were higher.

Excellent hotel.

This was our first trip to Trump International Resort at Sunny Isles Beach during spring break. The resort was clean and staff were quite inviting, attentive and friendly. Rooms were spacious with kitchenette and large bathrooms including full vanity, shower and separate bathtub. The multi-level outdoor design of multiple pools, hot tubs, bar, outdoor dining, beach area with chaise loungers gave a true resort-feeling to accommodate all guests. Smooth transition from check out to catching a later flight. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back. Only complaints were construction in the building mid-morning once and slow service(over an hour ) when asking for towels/blankets to the room.

Room is a little outdated. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We stayed at the resort from Sunday night through Thursday. We travelled the week all NY schools were off for vacation. We loved the resort. The staff was very friendly. They had plenty of staff at the beach and the pool. The only complaint I could give was that breakfast. They needed more staff and more food. A guest yesterday yelled at the host bc there were no more French toasts or waffles on the buffet. No need to yell or carry on. However, the hotel did run out of food. They need to have enough food to accommodate guests. My family enjoyed the buffet. Didn't need French toast or waffles. There was cereal, oatmeal and topping, lots of fresh fruit, all different breads, lox and toppings, breakfast potatoes, eggs, bacon and , sausage. Plenty of options. We sat outside to eat breakfast - it was delightful. However, a table left uncleared had pigeons feasting on the scraps. It would have been much better if the table was cleared immediately to avoid this. Kind of icky. But again, there was not enjoying staff. I would say it was a very relaxing vacation. The hotel needs more staff and need to find a better way to be efficient.

We did have a nice time but the hotel was a mess. We have 6 kids and went there to get away. The walls are so thin its like having the people next door and above you right in your room. We wanted a late check out and was told rudely to get up early the morning of the late check out and ask. There was trash in the halls for a few days we walked past over and over again waiting for clean up. All in all we didn't have our kids and were a couple again but shoulda choose a different hotel. Also the ride service Carmel hired through Orbitz sucked screwed us over our last day. We flew out at 9pm and they came to get us at 6am. We called later for the ride we needed and they were very rude and mean and refused to come get us. We had to figure it out.

In the ocean large suites However poorly kep abd old furniture , carpet

The rooms were just average. The area is expensive to stay in so for the money I’d say it wasn’t bad overall. We discovered very tiny bugs around the nightstand in our room on our last night. The hotels are built so high in the area the sun is literally blocked come 2 pm so if you are on the beach or the pool there is no sun. They had a heated pool which was perfect. I wasn’t aware there was a $35 daily charge for valet parking along with the resort fee of $35 which I was aware of. Food and drinks at the hotel are super expensive for 2 strawberry daiquiris and 1 virgin daiquiri $48. What was really nice is that when you went to the beach staff got you chairs table and umbrella and put nice long lounge chair covers on the chairs so you didn’t need to race down in the morning to reserve chairs on the beach. Overall I was satisfied with my stay for the money. I probably wouldn’t stay there again just because of the bugs and the lack of sun exposure. And although the valley was nice and they always had my car ready when I needed it the added $70 expense of the resort fee and parking and drink cost wasn’t something I planned for.

The Trump was perfect. I think they need to refurb the decor of the rooms a little but other than that they are very spacious. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is awesome!

Thank you for sharing your comments. While food prices have increased considerably we have tried our best to keep menu items that do not increase the overall cost of dining at the resort.
