The staff were extremely hospitable, but they were the highlight of the hotel. The pools were good, but there’s not enough chairs. We were a family of 4, so we booked a double room. We got upgraded, which was very nice, but the room only had a king bed. When we asked for 2 cots for the 2 kids to sleep on, they said due to their policy, they could only provide one. The arcade was ok, aside from several of the games not working properly. Drink and food prices were outrageously high.

I was flying from Curacao back home to Houston but my stop was in Miami, unfortunately my flight got canceled. For whatever reason there was mass cancelations that week so i ended up staying at the Trump International Beach Resort. I chose again this resort because i had a great experience before and love the cleanliness and how amazing the stuff is. A big thank you to Victor who went above and beyond to make my stay better, a true angel.

Waiting to get a room forever, when the front desk was promised a max of “30 min”! Lost almost the whole first day of sun because of that!!! Overall service was bad, except for the bar by the pool. They are the only ones who made our stay welcomed!! No proper room service. No one picks up the phones. At the time of strong rain and wind, no one warn us and our umbrellas went swimming to the ocean and could have kill us on the way!!! I have videos of swimming huge umbrellas and beds in the ocean. Never seen it in any other hotels!! For the price it shouldn’t be that way!
