The hotel and the location are wonderful.

The customer service was subpar at the front desk. The room was small, however housekeeping kept it clean. The “balcony” wasn’t even a balcony, it was so small it couldn’t even fit a set of chairs out there only one person could stand there at a time. The beds were not comfortable. No ice machine in the hotel for guest instead was given ice in a ziploc bag from a freezer(not appealing at all) You don’t know who touched that ice before you or if there hands were even clean). Secondly only one elevator was operating. Took forever to get to and from the room. Not pleasant for guest to keep waiting because 2/3 elevators not functioning. Lastly being woken up every morning by house keeping was annoying. The room lacked the do not disturb signs. However I feel the best thing about the hotel was the housekeeping with there responsiveness, friendliness, and kept the room tidy and clean. You’re literally paying for the location on the beach and I wished I stayed at any of the other hotels there on the beach.

Too many hidden fees. Slow elevator. Nothing to do. Did i mention fees?

Stay was rather pricey and adding the additional resort fee made it even more expensive. I called down to ask for a late checkout and was told that I could stay until noon. At 10:50, housekeeping came into the room despite my checkout not being until noon and even told me that I checkout was at 11. I explained that I had called the front desk and my checkout was at noon. It was very disruptive (and yes I had the do not disturb sign on the door). The bathroom could have been cleaner. Elevators were very slow and the pool area was so small it was basically unusable due to crowding. The first day the would not put out umbrellas despite the surrounding hotels having them out for guests. Overall there were many small frustrations that made this hotel not worth the money.

Beautiful location and great guest service

Had a great stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I went during the week and it was easy to get a spot by the pool and in front of the beach. I loved the neighborhood too because it was easy to walk to a good restaurant.

The hotel is on the beach. The hotel was very secure. The room was excellent.

The property was awful. They did not clean our room. The front desk was not helpful or friendly. The guys on the beach were the only good thing about the place.

This property is gorgeous and so clean. The pool area could use more shade options.
