The staff at this place make everything difficult. We stayed and then extended, had to repay the deposit every time, whilst they refund the previous deposit… it’s just trifling. Cleaning is non existent, since when do hotels not provide clean sheets/ towels at least once a week. I had issues with microwave which was glued together, oven was unusable as it hadn’t been cleaned and was Smokey… just not a welcoming place

This is the worst hotel i ever been, is disgusting place, bathroom very dirty, carpet like people was murder, the smeell you can imagine m, i ask for my money back but they didn’t m, they change the room 3 times was a little bit better but still very bad, dirty, floor like you going to fall i cry because they made my days in miami ugly! This property is so dirty nasty and roach infected I literally had to check out. The rooms are horrible holes in walls and floor bedding dirty . Shower stank . Floor was filthy and wobbly felt like I was gonna cave in. Do not stay here !!!

Roaches and dirty rooms!! When i say this was the worst experience all around i mean it. As soon as i opened the door big nasty stain on the carpet and German cockroachs all over the room!! They gave us a different room still dirty but no roaches. You will not sleep good with a hard bed and hearing the airplanes and trains all night! The furniture and rooms are very outdated and smelly. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I would never go back even if the stay was free.

Our stay was okay. It worked for us in the moment. However that room was very outdated, smelled like mildew. Not enough towels, pillows or bedding for 3. One of the front desk gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a little earlier without any extra charge. Breakfast was okay but you can only eat in dinning area. You aren’t allowed to take your food back to your room. Area is noisy due to airplanes flying over and a train track in front of hotel. Laundry room card readers not working. One of the burners on stove didn’t work. Last day there saw a cockroach on the kitchen counter. I would not stay there again.

There was only one towel in the bathroom. No bedsheets or pillows for the sofa bed. No blankets. Toilet needed to be clushed twice after use. People having conversations outside our room at 3am or banging doors at 1am. Pool towels could actually be pool towel
