Before embarking on our cruise, my wife and I spent a night at this hotel, which we had visited before. We were looking forward to a smooth and comfortable stay, but our experience with the complimentary shuttle service fell short. Despite waiting for over an hour and a half, the driver's poor customer service made the situation worse. Fortunately, after escalating the issue to the reservations team, manager Estevban apologized and provided a resolution, which included a discounted room rate and a complimentary meal. This turned our stay around, and we appreciated the effort to make things right.

The property was nice, restaurant was okay. The bartender was exceptional. The pool was very small, it is very loud being close to the airport. And the pillows were very uncomfortable. The night desk person when we checked out was also fantastic.

This hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchen with fridge dishwasher sink and stove. The pool area is small. The lobby is large and clean and they always have coffee/ tea. The area directly outside the hotel is just meh, but you can take a walk and there are several local restaurants nearby.
