INCREDIBLE! The front desk girls are amazing. They were so friendly and held our luggage while we went and explored. They even let us hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was on the 43rd floor and it was so clean and perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. We can’t wait to be back for Ultra Miami 2026. It’s in super close proximity to anything you would want. Only a 7 min walk to the Ultra festival. This hotel is perfect!

Overall, the property was nice and I would consider visiting again if ever in Miami. My main complaint was with cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there were several pieces of hair on the bathroom floor, shower, and sink. I will give them grace and say that this MIGHT be a result of us checking in an hour early. But still worth noting as cleanliness in the bathroom is always high on my prority list. Since this was only 1 night's stay, I did not rsise the isse with management as it wasn't worth the hassle for me. Hopefully the property will acknowledge this shortcoming and improve in the near future as the property was nice in general.

It's a fine property. Clean and spacious. If you're getting off a cruise ship early, don't plan on getting in until 4 o'clock, which can be a problem. That's the only time they let in the one nighters.

This was my second time staying at FLOW Miami and it was a beautiful stay! The building is super comfortable, well designed and kept very clean. The stay units they have are wonderful, excellent beds and wonderful amenities. Although I was unable to join the events on this trip, I do love that guests and residents are able to join fitness classes, soundbaths and other lovely activities. The staff is excellent across all the levels, and were wonderfully helpful when I needed a few things over my 2 week stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Happy with our stay. There was mold on the shower head, though, and I wish they would’ve been more upfront about the additional resort fee and the fact that they hold $200 a night for “incidentals” when booking.
