nice hotel. perhaps only negative was a little difficult getting ride shares given location.

Pool was not open regularly and it was not clean. Unable to use it.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. However, it needs to focus more on enhancing customer services and experience. It was difficult to get answers to simple questions from the hotel staff.

I was charged an extra amount of money that i already paid for online and they will not take care of the problem untill Monday, when i will be leaving on Sunday.

Located nicely convenient for us. We thought the restaurant staff was very nice, but the food too expensive. There were 3 adults in our party, so we had to occupy 2 rooms, which was much too costly. I wish there were a way to accommodate a family group our size more efficiently. I am a Marriott rewards member, and I’m not sure how much that status benefitted us on this visit. The facilities, however, are outstanding.

Excellent accommodations, friendly and helpful staff. Location is good but not walkable to beach. The construction in the area makes it hard to locate sometimes ( puts GPS on a spin), hence rating 4, otherwise 5!

Close to everything. Amazing staff. I've staied at many hotels but non of them compare to the service i revived.

It was my wedding night and I called customer services the day that I booked the room to let them know, and they said they were going to give us some compliments such flowers over the bed. They didn’t do anything!!!! It ruined that moment! Sad!

Plumbing problems - debris floating in the bathtub. 2 hour wait after published check-in Food at event terrible. Ordered vegetarian meal. Brought plate with sliced turkey. Asked again for vegetarian meal. Served took plate, scraped off the turkey and returned it.

Great Hotel. My experience was really nice, and the most beautiful thing was the view! I love it. They have an excellent staff, very friendly and attentive, we stayed a couple of days and we felt at home. The hotel has luxurious and comfortable rooms. Another point in favor is the service to the room, the food was very good and the presentation was very neat and nice.

My Husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at this hotel the month of Aug. 2017 and found it to be a wonderful hotel. The room is as modern and clean as it appears on the website. There is a TV in the bathroom inside of the mirror, room service came around twice a day to provide service, the virtual bowling experience was a lot of fun, restaurants food within the hotel is a little pricey but taste great especially the hot breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information on their recommended nearby restaurants. The hotel has several activities within it that we toured but did not take part in due to lack of time like a spa, hot tube, basketball court, golf, etc. that seemed fun. The front desk manager was helpful and accommodating when we had a delay in receiving our vehicle for an evening out; she contacted the restaurant we had a reservation at and pushed back the time to allow us time to get there and reduced our hotel parking fee. The hotel Chief Concierge (Andres) was the most helpful of all he went out of his way to make our anniversary extra special by sending wine & strawberries to our room, providing a complimentary cocktail, and recommending the Blue Martini Lounge for an evening out where there was an awesome band and a great atmosphere for dancing.

This hotel has a fee for everything including wifi which was included in the package I selected!! Our phones would not work due to the room being so high up which also had an active construction site right outside the window! Valet sucks at getting vehicles on time! I can go on and on about my terrible experience at JW!! P.S Don't waste your money on that terrible overpriced food at the DB restaurant!!!!! $45 per night to park!! $100 hold for each night! $15 wifi charge for each night
