Plumbing problems - debris floating in the bathtub. 2 hour wait after published check-in Food at event terrible. Ordered vegetarian meal. Brought plate with sliced turkey. Asked again for vegetarian meal. Served took plate, scraped off the turkey and returned it.

Great Hotel. My experience was really nice, and the most beautiful thing was the view! I love it. They have an excellent staff, very friendly and attentive, we stayed a couple of days and we felt at home. The hotel has luxurious and comfortable rooms. Another point in favor is the service to the room, the food was very good and the presentation was very neat and nice.

Excellent. Even though our coffee machine didnt work. It was nice.

My Husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at this hotel the month of Aug. 2017 and found it to be a wonderful hotel. The room is as modern and clean as it appears on the website. There is a TV in the bathroom inside of the mirror, room service came around twice a day to provide service, the virtual bowling experience was a lot of fun, restaurants food within the hotel is a little pricey but taste great especially the hot breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information on their recommended nearby restaurants. The hotel has several activities within it that we toured but did not take part in due to lack of time like a spa, hot tube, basketball court, golf, etc. that seemed fun. The front desk manager was helpful and accommodating when we had a delay in receiving our vehicle for an evening out; she contacted the restaurant we had a reservation at and pushed back the time to allow us time to get there and reduced our hotel parking fee. The hotel Chief Concierge (Andres) was the most helpful of all he went out of his way to make our anniversary extra special by sending wine & strawberries to our room, providing a complimentary cocktail, and recommending the Blue Martini Lounge for an evening out where there was an awesome band and a great atmosphere for dancing.

This hotel has a fee for everything including wifi which was included in the package I selected!! Our phones would not work due to the room being so high up which also had an active construction site right outside the window! Valet sucks at getting vehicles on time! I can go on and on about my terrible experience at JW!! P.S Don't waste your money on that terrible overpriced food at the DB restaurant!!!!! $45 per night to park!! $100 hold for each night! $15 wifi charge for each night

Front desk staff could've been a little more friendly had us waiting almost 3 hours for Rome

It is kid friendly and they ensured our whole family was comfortable. If there were any mistakes they were quick to rectify the situation. Great hotel!

It was very good. They did not clean the room one day but besides that it was a great stay.

Great hotel, centrally located. Mini bar prices are outrageous but a Whole Foods is only a block away for snacks if needed.

Nice hotel but there was a daily fee for intetnet and parking. Staff had different information about the rules and Front Desk Clerk Ms. Stephanie belongs in the back.

Great! Walking distance from restaurants. Location was perfect. Rooms are nice and so was the staff.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. We stayed there for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. My daughter loved the pool. I just wish this was a pet friendly hotel so I can bring my toy yorkie the next time we come to visit Miami.

Good amenities, they will charge 15.00 automatic fee for the services on floor 19. The service desk informed us that the movie room, billiard place, Internet were 15.00 if used but it was automatic and we got charged even thought did not use any of those. The staff did not want to accept that it was not communicated clearly.

I was heading to Miami last min for an awesome Climate Conference. This hotel is gorgeous and has absolutely the best location ever, room service is great they have tons of amenities the place is awesome, and these travel packages are the best deals out there.

The hotel was one of the most elegant hotels in the area.

Stayed for the night and was clean, staff was nice and would stay again.

Our view of the Bay was extraordinary! The staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue was our room not being clean on our second day but once we called they came right away. I also was disappointed they charged to use the basketball court. Overall very nice hotel and truly 5 star!

great hotel

Great Hotel. My experience was really nice, and the most beautiful thing was the view! I love it. They have an excellent staff, very friendly and attentive, we stayed a couple of days and we felt at home. The hotel has luxurious and comfortable rooms. anniversary celebration

never going back!!

This hotel has a fee for everything including wifi which was included in the package I selected!! Our phones would not work due to the room being so high up which also had an active construction site right outside the window! Valet sucks at getting vehicles on time!
