Overall the stay was fantastic. The main pool and cold plunge weren’t open which was a let down. Plenty of construction in the area so when that’s all done it should be much more quiet. Clean facility and welcoming staff. Would return.

Valet and staff were super nice just know upon arrival you have to do a 150 hold on your card per night. Food was okkk.. we only got it the last night and was expensive but not disgusting, loved the balcony and how easy check in was and valet parking was nice but $40 a day is crazy other than prices was a really good experience

Customer service was top tier from the time we entered until leaving. They upgraded my room since it was my birthday, the views were spectacular. Will definitely stay again.

We were concerned about the safety because the magnets on the door wasn’t latching. Called front desk, literally took me 3 times for someone to answer, they sent someone to assure us it was. The property was very nice but you can tell it had been updated. The location to the port was amazing. 90% of the plugs in the room didn’t work and the floors were FILTHY! We had gotten out of the shower but by the time we made it to bed our feet was disgusting! I was really expecting 5 Star hotel ended up with 3 Star.

Amazing stay ! We stayed because we attended a concert across at the arena and it was very convenient to walk to and from ! Beautiful view from room ! Super spacious ! Gorgeous bathrooms ! With tubs inside ! On the 14th floor bar is small but very nice !

Great Miami Gem

Easy check in. Since my room wasn’t ready @ noon. They gave me a key pass for the rooftop pool to hang out my room was ready. I had lunch, soda and swam a few hours. The server kept checking on my room for me. Both pools were located on the 14th floor. Once my room was ready, it was upgraded to a pool room view on the same floor. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, and cozy linens.

We were able to get checking into our room 7 hours earlier which worked out great for us since we just got off from our cruise. The room was beautiful and the balcony view of the city was lovely. Only thing is, the slide door was a little hard to open and we could hear people around us slamming there doors shut as well. Overall great stay.
