Estuvo bien y es conveniente porque está cerca del hotel y tiene shuttle que te lleva y te trae y supuestamente pasa cada 30 minutos. Aunque a nosotros nos tocó esperar casi 1 hora para que nos recojan. Por lo demás todo bien

Mold on the desk lamp shade, dried food particles and mold in dresser drawers. Used toilet paper crumbles on the bathroom floor. Chewed gum lumps ground into the rug. Smashed electrical outlet next to the hair dryer. And if I sat on the bottom of the bed, the top lifted off of the floor, threatening to tip over. I actually mentioned the condition of the room to the desk staff, who, although polite and trying very hard to be accommodating, didn't seem to understand how appalling the room was. Hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a week. I've had some great experiences at Red Roof before, but have to say, i'll never book a room with them again. It was so sketchy that i skipped the proffered cold cereal milk and fruit, because of dread of what the kitchen might look like. My advice to the staff: quit, find work in a place you can take pride in. To future customers: run! Owner: I have photos i can email if you want to see them, can't get the darned things to upload....

The carpet was dirty, humid smell, tv remote was missing, furnishing worn-down. Much better hotels nearby at same price. The front desk staff not helpful, wanted me to take room that was not up to standards.

Outdated hotel, room was dirty and furniture was in bad shape. Sounds carried easily from room to room, and entire stay was noisy.

There is a shuttle between the airport and the hotel. You can access to the airport easily. No other transportation around except taxi and Uber. Staff are helpful and kind. No restaurant, but there is a booth selling sandwiches and beverages. It’s a good hotel.

I stayed one night and in the second building. The room looked clean and the a/c keep the room nice and cold. I did not hear a single noise from the airport. I only comment would be about the shower. It was clean but looked like it needed a facelift.

Close to MIA, and free shuttle. But the hotel was run down. Close to a runway at the airport, it was very noisy. Had to call maintenance to replace a light bulb. Requested wake-up call, but didn't happen. Complementary breakfast was very basic.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will contenue to stay here in future visits

Is not my first time staying in this hotel so far everything was good until my last stay the room 148 it was not clean properly and the bathroom it was horrible

Buena, pero no me gusto un poco el trato del personal, no habia computadores para poder hacerlas confirnaciones de vuelo tuve que usar el pc de recepcion.

The room smelled heavily of chlorine and the towel bar at the sink was broken and we had to go get towels because it wasn't restocked. The only convenience was the shuttle to Port Miami. They were prompt and on time. Unfortunately, that was the extent of our stay and will not go to the hotel again.

I will never go here they do not take care of there customers I miss my f light and they didn't care they wouldn't change my check in date or cancel

There was mold throughout the room. The stinch of mold was evident. They could not give me another room i til the next day. Due to our flight, we had a late checkin and no other hotels had any vacancies at that time. They did give me another room the NEXT DAY!

This reservation was provided by Orbitz. Mold on base of shower, only cold food for the 'free continental breakfast', cigarette butts on ground outside the pool area, airporter shuttle was in terrible condition, no place to put luggage, bare bones with minimum care...

Nasty Room very bad , breakfast very poor , I buy a transfer for comming back to airport and they give me the wrong number !!!

Dirty room, bad attitude from the staff, and the bus service was terrible. They suppose to leave every 30 minutes, but they really leave whenever they want. They also passed me at the airport when I was waiting for pickup. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel within the last 30 days, only because it's close to the airport. Never again! I wish I could get all me money back!!!

Very close to the airport. The rooms are not new, they need to be refurnished. I was not pleased with the overall experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. The pool area and hotel are very clean and nice. Overall stay was very nice. Only complaint is their pillows, not comfortable at all.

good hotel close to the airport

There is a shuttle between the airport and the hotel. You can access to the airport easily. No other transportation around except taxi and Uber. Staff are helpful and kind. No restaurant, but there is a booth selling sandwiches and beverages. It’s a good hotel.

surprising quiet

The room smelled heavily of chlorine and the towel bar at the sink was broken and we had to go get towels because it wasn't restocked. The only convenience was the shuttle to Port Miami. They were prompt and on time. Unfortunately, that was the extent of our stay and will not go to the hotel again.
