Nicely
Excellent service from checking in to checking out in all areas of the hotel.
The restaurant and cafe are way overpriced! Other than that, the hotel was fine
Great location …. Lovely lobby and comfortable room
I’ve stayed at this property probably 100 times over the years. Never lets me down.
It was very convenient and modern.
The lobby was very nice and so was the location. However, the bathroom was in need of being updated and the layout was a little weird. Other than that, it was very nice
Staying on 24 floor was sleepless experience due to street noise and bathroom ventilation system that can’t be turned off. Pillow over head did not help …
Very clean, heart Of the downtown area. The only thing I want to mention no free parking.
I booked this property as it seemed they had balconies and access to fresh air from the hotel room. This wasn’t the case. Their exterior shots are misleading. Further those same balcony doors they took out are replaced with crappy glass. The hotel is over a flight path for Miami airport and you can hear the planes like they’re flying through your hotel room. Not a great place to stay if you’re a light sleeper. Also, checking in was a long wait.
My parents went to Miami and stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Miami and at first the communication between us was slightly hard but in the end the manager was pleasant and accommodating. Totally recommend them!
Parking was convenient but expensive. There was hair in the hotel bathroom from a previous stay.
Great location in downtown Miami.
Elevators were not efficient
Good location
close to all my needs
I did not like how outdated the rooms are. There were no microwave, the bathroom area was old and outdated. The parking was overpriced, $20 per exiting the property or $45 valet. Overall the rooms need a major upgrade
