good area outside not clean inside

This property was a huge let down we were not advised prior to arriving that their pool was out of service, and that there was no other pool available for us to use.

Good place to stay

Th pool was closed for the last 2 weeks. Very disappointed. We purposely picked this hotel for the access to the pool and location.

The room is very dated.

No place to sit in the room. Not accommodating. Not worth the cost to stay there.

The property is clean and the staff are friendly. When checking in we were advised that as it was only 1pm there is a $35 early check-in fee, the web site shows that early check-in is available but nowhere is there any mention of an additional fee.

Conveniently located. Room is big. Bed is very comfortable. A bit noisy even on 9th floor. Air conditioner is loud.

Great service

Great experience, nice location, excellent service!

Breakfast was not buffet thereby limiting the spread of food available Lunch/dinner menu seemed quite restricted considering Hyatt standards in other parts of the world Price seemed a little on higher side, and a 50 USD/day incidental charge was levied though there was no bar or any paid snacks in room

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, our river view was pretty pitiful. Wouldnt stay again
