Staff unfriendly, poor English spraking I left a personal item in the hotel room I called next day they said the have the item in lost and found department. I should go in person and claim it. I told them I have left Miami and900, miles away. I asked them to mail it to me and I would pay the cost of shipping they turn me down. I am disappointed. And will not stay in this chain hotel in future .

Cons: Check-in was slow. There were about eight hotel staff milling around the lobby and I waited at least ten minutes to check-in. Movie night was cancelled. No bathtub in standard rooms. No visible security cameras in fitness center or pool area which is concerning because the morning I was in the fitness center there were two unsupervised young girls and a handful of men. This is not an Orbitz VIP property. Pros: Great location...across the street from a Publix supermarket and a few blocks away from the MetroRail and MetroMover. Aldo, the bartender in the lobby was great. He provided me with a wine bottle opener which I forgot to bring with me. Very clean property and wonderful amenities (fitness center and swimming pool).

I took off one stat because housekeepers did not wash out a few dishes after it was used by me and my partner. I thought that was rather disappointing. Despite this, i will certainly stay here again. Added plus beds are so comfy .

I booked this hotel for my best friend’s 30th birthday trip. But from the moment we got there until we left, the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were probably the rudest I/we have ever encountered in all my travels (and I travel a lot for work). One of the days, we requested for room service (just regular housekeeping) just about 5 minutes before we left the room and the lady showed up in maybe a minute. She was apparently already on our floor. We asked her to give us about 5 minutes and she gave us such a nasty attitude about it. Two minutes later she knocks on the door again and said she would leave if we didn’t leave our room right away. I could keep going on how bad this part of our 5 day stay was but it’s just pointless. We already told everyone we know how horrible it is there and to never book that hotel again!

The property is very nice. Updated everything. The staff were more than helpful and the room was clean. Walking distance to Publix, short drive to area bars, etc. and about 20-25 minutes from Ocean Dr. The only thing I did not like was the extremely high cost of parking ($40 daily with in/out privileges). Found out the next day that there is $20 nightly parking 3 blocks down. Also, the rooftop pool/bar area closes around 10pm. Considering it’s in Miami, I would have expected it to close later. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Really clean and friendly. Such a bargain as it was close to everything, even south beach. Only downside was the size of the pool but the views from the rooftop were amazing!

Need to advertise that there is $40/night parking. That’s a substantial additional cost for an extended visit! Needs a conventional coffee maker. The refrigerator was completely stocked with pay-as-you-take drinks so as to not leave room for our stuff. We just took them out - no telling how many other occupants have done that to those same drinks!

Clean and comfortable nice lay out and the staff was excellent

I liked that it was walking distance to stores and restaurants

Although they own the garage there is an onsite parking fee

I booked this hotel for my best friend’s 30th birthday trip. But from the moment we got there until we left, the staff at the front desk and housekeeping were probably the rudest I/we have ever encountered in all my travels (and I travel a lot for work). One of the days, we requested for room service (just regular housekeeping) just about 5 minutes before we left the room and the lady showed up in maybe a minute. She was apparently already on our floor. We asked her to give us about 5 minutes and she gave us such a nasty attitude about it. Two minutes later she knocks on the door again and said she would leave if we didn’t leave our room right away. I could keep going on how bad this part of our 5 day stay was but it’s just pointless. We already told everyone we know how horrible it is there and to never book that hotel again!
