I received an email a day before chrck in, stating that if I fill out all information online, at the arrival the key will be passed to me with an ID and thats all. Apparently that wasnt the case, the receptionist start asking for phone number, email, all 9 yards. After a long flight and much needed rest, that wasn't appreciated.

The property exceeded my expectations. The lobby is beautifully designed and cozy, the room was super clean including the bathroom. The bed was super comfy. The sheets, down comforter and pillows were of great quality so made for a good night rest. The pool is on the 12th floor with a beautiful view. The bar tender was awesome. We even had a latte in the morning at the bar which was delicious. We will definitely come back.

Amazing value for the money

Our tv went out a few hours after check-in. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone after MULTIPLE attempts. I funally got through to someone on my cell and was routed multiple times, but finally got the front desk. They said they were sending someone, but as of check out, the tv still wasn't working.
