Three different staff members yelled at my wife for parking in the 'wrong place' during check-in. I walked in to register and she waited in the car out front. In the span of 5 minutes my wife was yelled and belittled by valets. They were difficult to understand. In most cases you unload and get assistance to your room at the front door check-in where the valet is. I received a call from my wife while I was checking in and she was in tears because she didn't know where to go or what they were saying. I raised a concern at check-in but no one wanted to address the matter. We don't travel often and thought it would be a nice treat to stay at a more exclusive property. I complained to the property manager and was forwarded to the director of valets. The valet manager promised to review video and get back to us. We have not received any response as of this post. Apparently this behavior is acceptable. They clearly pander to an elite club of people and if you don't travel in $100,000+ vehicles they have little concern or patience for you. We are truly disappointed in this property.

Everything is not convenient except the room itself. However, if you would pay much for tips then it might be convenient. I had very uncomfortable experience with this hotel.

it was excellent...everything was pleasant and enjoyable.

Excellent facility and staff. Service over the top. Beautiful setting. Felt charging for computer use at business center inappropriate. Will try his other properties

Nice comfortable lovelythe workers were on time for all services

Nice and clean room, great bed, pillows and bathrobe, you will feel so spoiled. Easy checkout and staff was amazing,(complimentary pool towels, internal transport, gives you royal treatment .

Everything was great the staff was friendly and very courteous the only complaint. Was the. Bed we were supposed to get a king bed instead got two queens

I went with my girlfriend for 5 days 4 nights and overall we just were not impressed. They make you walk a half a mile from your villa to where you have to park your car. They charge 24/day to do this to. Was not ever shown in the itinerary or any other documents we received prior to check in. They also offer a free shuttle to the beach which is about a half hour away. Sounds great! Until you wait 40 minutes for the shuttle to never show up. We drove ourselves and it took us an hour to even find a place to park. Also had to pay 30 dollars to park by the beach for 2 hours.... No apologies about this either. Basically was blown off like it was not a big deal. The servers/bartenders by the pool were terrific. However the first night we called the front desk to see if there was a hot tub and the lady who worked there said they only have one in the spa and it would be 15/dollars to use...Come to find out they had a hot tub at the pool which is free. Would have been nice for guest services to know this...Rooms are also much smaller then they make it look online. I would have rather just stayed at Marriott for the price.

The Trump National Doral charges for everything. It doesn't even provide guests with a free bottle of water. Fiji water was in my room for $9/bottle. Fiji Water at nearby CVS costs $2.50/bottle. The surcharge to use the landline was outrageous. I used my Bahamian cellphone as the international roaming rates were cheaper. It costs $26/day to self park. I can see this in South Beach or downtown Miami, but in Doral!?! I decided to spurge and pay for valet parking at $32/day. My guestroom was small and lacked sound proofing. I could hear the television in the adjoining room and guest entering exiting their room all night. I did not eat at nor use the gym or pool during my two night stay at the Trump National Doral.

At first, I was very impressed with Trump's hotel, because it is really luxurious and beautiful. But two blackouts at night changed my mind. Even if the power was restored later, there is no WIFI, eventually this caused that I could not watch the NBA game. I am so sad.

Easy to find! Reasonably priced! Wonderful staff! Excellent facilities! First class all the way! Highly recommended!

Convenient location from airport. Excellent resort. Friendly staff. Hope to come back in future.

Great stay. Very upscale hotel with everything a person could ask for. Very good food and room. Staff was very friendly and everything was first class. Couldn’t be better.

Everything was excellent. Only problem. I asked for a wake up call. They forgot. I rushed to the airport to drop off my rental care and catch my flight.

I ended up not staying due to family issue that I need to take care of

They charge you an extra free just for parking ??? 24 $ for self parking and extra 140 $ for breakfast when it’s supposed to be included on the price

Excelente place and service. Excelente location. They accomplished all our needs. Security is also a good point. Good food, you can spend many days enjoying all the activities.

We stay for 5 days... great staff, food was very good specially the Sunday brunch ... spectacular!!

The hotel is spotless, the amenities lush and spectacular. The pool, golf, cleaning and spa staff are amazing, but the front desk were unhelpful/unwilling to help with the most basic requests.

I attended a conf. and the facilities, rooms, conf room were outstanding. Didn't have time to place the golf course, but at least had time to hits some balls - a real bargain - $16..with brand new clubs to use..!
