Element Miami International Airport

I was looking for a nicer experience than staying at the on-site hotel airport. This was not it. It was close to the airport, but in the middle of a war zone -- nothing to see or walk to. I arrived in the late evening and went to the restaurant for a snack to unwind. Restaurant environment was not welcoming, bar tender and wait staff were rude. I ordered a beer and chips and salsa; 15' later, chips arrived stale, salsa was out of a cheap jar. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shuttle to airport runs only every 30' minutes. They did not have my Orbitz reservation, though they honored it after seeing my confirmation email.

Hotel is just not fit for area. The rooms are suites so has fridge stove microwave even dishwasher Problem is it’s right by airport so no one will bring big family there. It’s very noisy early in morning because of train and planes right next to it. If it was same hotel in doral or any suburban area it would be great. I think hotel next to airport should be simpler and have noise proof windows. Just doesn’t fit with surroundings. Also has private parking signs all around it which confuses guests. Should say guest parking. Don’t know what owners were thinking. Breakfast was too simple even though it was free. There’s better options for better price. Biggest problem is noise.

Discovered used tissue and dirt on side of 1 queen bed next to wall. Left a bad impression as I have been pleased with room cleanliness in the past at this hotel as well as the Element in Frankfurt. Will think twice now about where I will stay next time I visit Miami.

Horrible I'll never go there again The rooms were dirty and the linens on the bed were wrinkle. Poor staff

The Hotel is very nice and clean, I really upset with the food and beverages the buffet its very poor just bread, cakes and busquit. THE PRODUCTS THAY THEY SOLD ARE EXPENSIVE: DORITOS NACHOS 4 USD BURRITO 6 USD PARKEING 18 USD PER NIGHT

Comfortable, super conveniently and friendly staff! Free happy hour nightly! Great choice when flying out of Miami international

Really enjoyed my stay at Element Miami Great service Friendly staff Cleanliness

Great location for airport, bad neighborhood and not too much around it. Room was unique and modern.

This hotel lived up to its on-line images of a neat, modern place. Complementary shuttle service from Miami airport just about 5 minutes away delivered us to the door. The staff quickly confirmed our reservation, and we were in our room in minutes. Since it was raining, we were happy to eat in the hotel cafe. Being near the airport, we did hear the planes until we dozed off that night. For breakfast, Element has a generous buffet, and a large dining area. It was a great social area for families and friends, too. With our request for a cab to the Miami cruise dock, the desk clerk had our cab for us in minutes. Altogether, Element was a special place we'd happily return to in the future.

I loved the hotel. We had a quick stay, so we didn't get to use the amenities.

The hotel was awesome for the price for 3 days service was wonderful the front desk was very generous the 3 days spent there I recommend it for my next visit

The hotel is rather close the the MIA airport, and they have a shuttle that runs every hour on the HALF HOUR, which was not well communicated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very plain and modern with no warmth. The only "amenity" is a choice of candy and snacks adjacent to the front desk. $3 for a small bag of M&Ms. No bar or restaurant, but the shuttle driver will drive you to the restaurant of your choice and pick you up.

The hotel was very nice. the shuttle service to and from the hotel and to restaurants was very helpful. The staff was top notch!

Excellent location for those who need to stay in airport area. Nice looking rooms, friendly staff

I was impressed with my stay at the Element Miami near Miami's International Airport. Clean room, newer feel, and friendly staff. I'll be returning for my next layover!

We stayed in a two bed room that had it all! The room had everything we could have possible needed. The bathroom shower could have been a little cleaner but overall the cleanliness was ok. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast, which is complimentary was great! Just wish there was no parking fee.

I highly recommend this hotel. It has amenities galore, including a fantastic breakfast bar, free head phones when exercising, full kitchens, a fantastic pool and a van to the airport. The staff is fantastic. I asked for directions to Dolphin Mall and front desk person without prompting printed them out for me. RUN DO NOT WALK TO THIS HOTEL

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days. We love this hotel! I got a really good price on it, and I am really surprised with how clean the rooms are the service. Great shuttle service, will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Wish it was closer to the ocean but oh well..

I always enjoy my stay at Element and this time is no different. I'm concern however with the upkeep of the rooms and how well they are cleaned. I urge management to pay attention to room maintenance and upkeep. Because if they do not the hotel will soon become a roach motel and not remain the fine establishment that I look forward stay at everything I'm in Miami.

Fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed, clean & modern room. Thought it was a great value! Only downside is that is was close to the airport and you can hear planes taking off. It didn't bother me (we were in a room in the middle of the hotel facing the lake), but depending on how light of a sleeper you were, it might bother you.
