Andres at the front desk waa extremely helpful the entire time we were there. He went above and beyond and when we were having problems ordering takeout, he stepped up and made certain we were able to get our order through that night. The property was very clean and the scent in the lobby refreshing. The rooms were nice. The housekeepers very helpful especially Adrianna. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The property

Our family of four stayed here for a quick overnight on our way to another destination. We wanted something close to the airport and big enough for us to spread our - and it fit the bill. The included breakfast was a nice perk!
Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a huge room, free laundry service, friendly staff and close proximity to malls/restaurants. I spent one week with my kids and I have no complaints. Would definitely go back again. My only complaint is there should be more breakfast options.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2017 and always had a wonderful time. From the warm welcome, to the friendly staff and clean rooms. The highlight was the free shuttle to and from the airport along with Wal-Mart and Dolphin Mall. However, my trip this time was a little disappointing. We were greeted by not so friendly staff at reception and was assigned to a smelly, dusty room on the 2nd floor with finger prints on the mirror. We immediately returned to the front desk and was reassigned a better room on the 3rd floor. We opted for no room service, due to the high increase in the number of Covid 19 cases but when we call for basic items, we felt like a bother. One time, it took us 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get toilet paper and a paper towel. While I know we are in a pandemic, another disappointment for me was the discontinued service of the shuttle to Wal-Mart and Dolphin Mall as it was a major factor for staying at this hotel. On a positive note, the food was good and the room attendants that brought our requests to our rooms were friendly and very accommodating. We were also grateful that the airport service was still in effect. In closing, it would be nice to give your front desk staff a refresher on customer service and how to greet their guests in a more welcoming manner. Overall, my stay wasn't to bad.
Room size was the biggest positive. Lots of negatives though. 1) They don't make up the room unless you specifically tell them to. Was not made aware of this so found out when I came back to room to see it was not cleaned/made up. 2) Even after they made up the room, they didn't check if all toiletries were stocked, Has to ask them to stock body-wash. 3) Same breakfast everyday. Not much choice. Only 2 hot items. One waffle machine. Huge line for it. Might take you 15/20 mins to get a waffle. 4) The lady stocking the breakfast has the worst possible attitude. She could care less if all food is stocked or not. She is in too much of a rush to shut down bkfast area. If you have no other options in this price range then you may want to stay here.

The room was confortable with a lot of space. Big closet, great bead. Checking was fast and cordial. I will certainly recomend this place. Breskfast was good
