Stylish Studio Icon, W Hotel Waterfront Building

Summary:
Stylish studio overlooking Brickell Ave. Icon is the same building as the W Hotel. The perfect place to stay for work or play, maybe a little of both! It has one of the best pools and sundecks overlooking Biscayne Bay and Brickell Key. Amazing Fitness Center and Spa. Located in the heart of Brickell, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The Space:
Our space is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and children, though it can sleep up to 3 adults if needed. Please note, as per building rules, only 2 adult amenities passes are provided; children under 18 do not require passes. This beautiful studio features a plush king-size bed, a twin-sized sofa bed for added convenience, a work desk, a smart TV, and all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
Amenities on the 15th floor are the Pool, Sundeck, Fitness Center and Spa. Visit the Water Lounge with both Hot and Cold Plunges or relax at the Icon Brickell Steam Room or Sauna.

The Neighborhood:
Brickell is the most walkable city life Miami has to offer. Steps away from Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and Brickell Key, enjoy everything from a scenic jog along the bay to a walkable nightlife surrounded by Miami's top restaurants (Zuma, La Mar, etc.), rooftops (Sugar Rooftop), lounges (The Tea Room), bars (SoCal, 8th Street Brickell Bar, etc.), and coffee shops (Crema, Rosemary Bakery, etc.).

Your stay at Icon in Brickell will offer you everything you need to relax, work, shop and enjoy the night within a highly concentrated and walkable urban core.

Getting Around:
Most guest use Uber and/or Lift but we also have a the Metro Mover and Metro Rail stations less than 2 blocks away right next to Brickell City Center.

Metromover is a free people mover service that operates seven days a week in the downtown Miami and Brickell area. Major destinations include the FTX Arena, home of the Miami HEAT, Bayside Marketplace, Adrienne Arsht Center, Museum Park, Art and Science Museum, Miami Dade College, and the Miami-Dade County School Board.

Metrorail provides service to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs from Kendall through South Miami, Coral Gables, and downtown Miami; to the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area; with connections to Broward (Ft. Lauderdale) and Palm Beach counties.

Other Things to Note:
Parking - there is Valet parking on the premises which can be pricey. Hourly rates apply and overnight parking is $42.00 as of Feb 4th 2022

There are various other parking options walking distance from the building (within 1 to 2 blocks) which are more affordable, usually $24 for overnight parking. I recommend using parking.com to see available options.
