Nice property- Incredible noise from the traffic outside. Had a suite -Many of the lights didn't work. No running water in the bathtub. Shower was great. No coffee in room- No mini bar. Great bed , sheets and pillows. Couldn't get room service on the phone. Shell of a great place- the guts were meh!

I know it was a New Year’s weekend however this is not the first W hotel I’ve stayed at. Unfortunately I had some issues with the staff and housekeeping. I was there for six days and my housekeeping wasn’t a part I had to ask several times to get the room cleaned and to restock. I did report this to the staff and they were polite nevertheless there was some attitude about my request which wasn’t necessary considering I spent $4000 for my stay and then another $168 for parking. I have stayed a better W And I don’t think I’ll be staying in this one again

I've had the honor to stay at W Miami in the past and loved it. I will continue to stay there when I'm in Miami. I mist have The Marvelous suite.

Didn't have the best experience cause the staff downstairs didn't that my guest come up to my Room and saying rude comments to my guest also that they were watching my Room cause there was suspicious activity going on and that I haven't slept a night which makes no sense to me at all because i didn't rent a $2000 Room for 2 nights to have people watching my every move... i was recently hit by a car so am in constant pain .. so for them to act all prissy ..is not called for. If You're in customer service in that means you have to service the customer and the customer is always right

Pool was under construction. No real beach reciprocal with other hotels. No turndown service. Breakfast was lame. Would not stay there again. One positive - staff was terrific.

If you need or want to be downtown, this is a great option. Plan way ahead for your uber or driving around. Staff and facility is amazing.

The Viceroy is really excellent - from the top notch amenities to the helpful staff. I have nothing to complain about with the experience. It's exactly what I would expect from a five star hotel.

My visit to the Viceroy was pretty cool. I would recommend friends and family to stay there. If you want to get a good facial do not use the hotel. There is a place down the street called Trini salon & spa 941 Brickell Avenue.

ViceRoy hotel was one of the best hotels in Miami I have ever stayed in. The pool was the best. You had a lot of space to relax near the pool and it was not crowded at all.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was exceptional. I have stayed here before, and I not only come back because it's absolutely gorgeous but because the treatment you receive is great and human. The pool is gorgeous at the 15th floor. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at the hotel for a girls weekend. Loved the hotel decoration, and the pool deck was amazing. Everything is a bit overpriced - but it is Miami.
