My son stayed at this property from December 1 through December 4. Four days after he checked out, the hotel charged his credit card $182.97 with no explanation. We began calling the hotel on December 8. A front desk associate named Valerie was kind enough to look into the charge but stated she could not see any reason for it. She assured us not to worry and said the amount would be refunded within 2–3 days. That refund never happened. Since then, we have called the hotel weekly. Each time, we are told we must speak with the finance department. I left a voicemail for finance and never received a return call. On subsequent calls, the front desk transfers us to finance, only for the call to be disconnected or hung up. To date, the hotel has not provided any explanation or documentation to justify this charge, nor have they issued the promised refund. Because of this lack of transparency and follow-through, we are now forced to dispute the charge with our bank. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend monitoring your credit card statements closely after checkout. Based on our experience, resolving billing issues with this hotel is very difficult.

Just not a good experience. Checking me in seemed like a torture for the front desk staff. It wasn’t personal. She wasn’t happy to see any of us guests. Room was okay, but seemed sad. The tv was depressed because it only showed shades of blue. And the thermostat was so tired. It flashed a constant “battery is low” message. We had a moment when it told it “me too”. I made the experience worse by calling the front desk to see if someone could cheer up the tv and give the thermostat a boost. The voice on the other end said “Sure, I’ll send someone over”. Hindsight, I may have missed the sarcastic tone, because no one was sent over. Went to get a light dinner at the “restaurant”. I sat myself and waited for the waitress to come over. After five minutes I reminded myself that I’m not invisible and I left. Uber Eats don’t ignore me and I sat in front of the tv eating and wondering if it would ever find happiness again. I couldn’t crack the code to get hot water for the shower, the faucet in the bathroom sink was overly enthusiastic with its stream and I guess I had over hydrated during the day because the toilet could barely flush my pee down. I was grateful that’s all it had to struggle with last night. Calling my friend at the front desk to tell her the toilet was clogged would’ve led to disappointment for all of us. When I tried to lock the door for the night the deadbolt yelled “I don’t fit in!” And refused to lock. I gave up and went to bed. The bed was comfortable.
