Nice Place to stay in your vacations.. Near to the bayside and accessible to every place we want to go.

Exellect staff, room service is a bit pricy but worth it especially the breakfast.

The pool is a wonderful experience. Great for families with a park across the street. I had no problem finding meter parking also across the street. I'll definitely stay here again. .....................

Valet parking employees were pushy, unorganized, and rude. Once you get into the hotel itself, the staff and accommodations are wonderful. The restaurant at breakfast was great, and the staff very friendly, especially Chef Clive. His omelets are perfection and he is a kind-hearted soul.

Great location, awesome lobby, Starbucks in hotel, and the view is spectacular (especially at night).

My fiancé and I flew into Miami for a 9 day cruise 2 days early and stayed at the Intercontinental. Immediately upon check in we noticed that the staff members were very polite and attentive. They were all GREAT! No complaints from us. My fiancé even booked us a couples massage which was phenomenal.

In town for a Conference, great hotel that's close to everything, within walking distance of all major shopping and restaurants. Excellent staff, everyone went out of their way to assist you, very attentive.

Could not be in a more beautiful location for walking by the bay, in the park, or to stores & restaurants.

Walking distance from everything. You can find good restaurants at very reasonable prices. We used Uber and Lyft to go to Winwood, Brickell and South Beach and it was less than the daily parking fee. Also, we had the chance to check in at 10:30am at no additional cost. They kept our luggage after checking out for many hours, and it was also free.

Hotel is gorgeous and in a perfect location. Staff was friendly. Rooms are luxurious, beds were comfortable. Perfect stay for a night before or after a cruise.

We are from Michigan and often visit Miami.. this by far was the best hotel yet we have stayed in !!!

On check in they wanted to charge me for the spa and the 2 Bottles of water . I said no I would not be using any of it . They said they removed the charge only to find out they hit the Amex anyway . I pressed them again and at checkout they credited it again . We shall see.

Overall had a good experience. Hotel has nice facilities and great atmosphere. We were surprised to find lipstick mark on our cups when we checked into our room which I believe is unacceptable for a hotel this class. Concierge and front desk people are friendly. I could not say the same thing for housekeeping and bell boys-defininitey a lot of room for improvement for those groups.

It was a lovely room with a view to downtown, very clean and spacious! would definitely stay there again, it being so close to the marina and has bars that don't close until 4 or 5 am. Only downside is that it is around 20 minutes from the beach but a quick uber ride is worth it. Great little places around there that are inexpensive and delicious!

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental. We were returning from a cruise and wanted another night together before flying home the next day. The service, the room, the Starbucks in the lobby are all top notch. The property is adjacent to the Bayfront park and a short scenic walk along Biscayne Bay takes you to a major shopping and entertainment area.

A very good experience in a nice clean and comfortable room.

Good, clean hotel with modern fixtures. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Some staff was really nice but not everyone was the hotel expeeience waa nice but couldnof been better

Loved everything !! The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious. Beautiful view and the pool and pool bar excellent as well. The Toro Toro Bar and restaurant was a great hang out spot. Definitely staying there again.

Great location, good time. Would stay longer but have to come back to reality.
