Well let me say, I truly enjoyed myself, anything asked was granted and needs were over exceeded. We were in town to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday and the concierge manger Mr Rosello worked to make her stay even more special. The kitchen staff for breakfast was fabulous, Chef Clive made morning breakfast a treat and ToroToro manger Naomi helped make a special dinner for 12. The staff to me were great right from the door. I did hear complaints for some of our group of rude service from bartenders and some wait staff in the hotel on several occasions during the week. I am hoping that these were isolated moments due to personalities or timing, the other issue I experienced was calling for a room matter and getting no answer, only to go to the front desk to get a response. Overall we enjoyed our time and would visit again, maybe the staff can dial up more sun for the next visit.

We enjoyed our experience for a short stay. We were supposed to go to the Pitbull concert but did not find out until we arrived that it was canceled due to the hurricane. We had a great time anyway! We upgraded to a room with a view of the bay and it was worth it. The room itself was a bit above average - I had to call to request robes and the phone did not work well. The staff was lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed a tasty dinner and cocktail at Toro Toro. The breakfast was good but overpriced and they ran out of champagne for the mimosas - I had to ask two people before it was replenished.

Always a warm welcome and stay :) The most wonderful and friendly staff, and always clean rooms. I always recommend the Intercontinental for a wonderful experience. It can get a little pricey, so book in advanced to avoid any outrageous prices! Other than that I've never had any negative experiences here

Went for a weekend and the hotel was great, however the room was too cold and I even turned the air off and it was still freezing. The only big problem was someone charged a drink to my room and the hotel tried to make me pay for it. So they should honestly pay more attention to how to charge to the guest rooms.

Hotel was nice I had valet parking I just wish the pool was open all night

Staff is great, location is great, rooms are great. A great pool area with a good bar. The only drawback is everything is really pricey and not labeled. The small breakfast buffet is almost 30 a person. Valet was about 40 for a couple of hours. And they add tax to the valet service which I have never seen before. So if you are on a really tight budget, dont do much at the hotel. Its ok though since you are walking distance to 50 restaurants. There is a lot of construction downtown. Obviously not the hotels fault, but you are better off walking most places instead of driving.

Was very clean. Great energy and great food. More food options would be nice. Staff was very helpful.

We remained almost satisfied about accomodation and other. The only one think I would criticize is the bed width. The beds should be queen not full!

This hotel is beautiful. The lobby, the restaurant, the pool, the spa, the bar just gorgeous however, the rooms need improvement. The amount of money this hotel is amotive at the room was a little disappointing. I was expecting this room to be top notch and was hight disappointed. The view was beautifull but there was electrical wire everywhere like someone installed the cable and didn't know how to hide the wire. Cable wires from the tv and lamps were exposed everywhere and looked very messy. The head board to the bed was all marked up and peeling off. Thats unacceptable, especially when you are asking for $250.00 a night, $15 maintenance fee per day and holding $300.00. The room definitely needs improvment. The rooms need to be just as plushed as the lobby.

Took the kids to miami for my daughters 10th birthday and we had a blast. Staff effortlessly saw to it that her bday was a pleasant one kelly put together a beautiful complimentary cake, soda, and champagne lay out for her on her day. What more could a mom ask for. Their gym is also well equipped for our gym lovers. There's even fruits and flavored water at the end of your workout. I recommend this hotel a 100%

The hotel was very beautiful at an excellent location. However, accessories in the room are feeling their age. On in the first day the phone didn't work; the bathtub didn't drain. On the third day, heavy paint primer smell invaded the entire floor and our room and woke my wife up from her afternoon nap, and made her feel sick; consequently, we had to cancel our dinner plan. Our room was changed while we were out for a walk. We were locked out when we returned! The couch in the new room was torn, and the bed mattress was sunken on both sides; we had to sleep in the middle. We would certainly stay here again after a renovation of the interior.

Check-in was fast. rooms were comfortable. great location close to the cruise port. food and entertainment within walking distance.

The room had a pretty nice setup. However; my tv barely worked, and my room smelled like sweat and musk.

Lovely hotel downtown Miami! Very clean, professional staff, and excellent location. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Charge me for hot water for my daughters bottles

Was a short trip to south beach but right in the heart of downtown. Great restaurants and very helpful friendly staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Hotel Manager Adolfo was very helpful and checked me in early. Concierge Carmen was nice and helpful; Orlando in Toro, Toro Restaurant was great! Lobby is litt, room spacious and clean! Plan on staying again in the future.

Nice Place to stay in your vacations.. Near to the bayside and accessible to every place we want to go.

Exellect staff, room service is a bit pricy but worth it especially the breakfast.

The pool is a wonderful experience. Great for families with a park across the street. I had no problem finding meter parking also across the street. I'll definitely stay here again. .....................
