This stay was just what we needed. After a week of traveling we needed a placed to the night before our flight. We did not have any expectations but we were so happy with this hotel. They gentleman was so kind and accommodating when we showed up early because we had no place else to go. The beds were amazing, the bathroom was clean. The courtyard was cute. It is near the airport but we could not even hear the planes which was great. The shuttle was very convenient. The one thing I will say is it would be nice if they had more food options to be able to pick up as it is a little bit of a walk for food and our flight was early so we didnt get to enjoy the breakfast which is one of the main reasons for picking this hotel. The airport shuttle was easy to navigate and was a quick drive to the airport!

The shower was horrible. The shower curtain didn’t go to the floor so the floor was soaked. The shower head didn’t work very well. The dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor as well

We thought it was very close to Miami airport but it was actually a 15 minute ride away. We also hoped for a place to eat near by but there was nothing. (We arrived after an 11 hour flight). Clerk told as we could order a pizza to be delivered. 1 Beer in hotel vending machine $7! No water was provided in room.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good in the morning, The staff is nice except for the overnight manager on duty, her name starts with an L and she is blonde. On Saturday night around 11:30pm my friend and i stepped out the hotel room right into the hallway to take some pictures and when we tried getting back into the room with the key card the key card scanner said green but the door was jammed we guessed it was that by accident we left the safety latch on or it got hooked on again through the inside. It in fact was not the case the doors have a little metal latch that i guess is like another form of a safety latch from the outside that unlocks after you scan the key card. My friend and i tried 3 times it was jammed so we went to the front desk and she was there and we explained that situation, she kept trying to say that if we had another person in our room that they can open it from the inside but it was only me and my friend. We asked if there was a way she can help or call someone she said due to the fact of the time there is no one in the hotel but her. She was very rude and not helpful she watched my friend and I panic and started calling 24/7 handmen or locksmiths. Until my friend decided to go upstairs and try the card again and it worked we was able to get in the room. Once she heard me say that my friend was able to get in she changed her whole attitude towards me and said she wished she could have helped us other than that overall stay was good
