Great hotel with best value for money. Fantastic both for leisure and business, especially in the Brickell area. Pool area is great, the restaurant and bar too. Rooms and quality of sleep exceptional.
My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend here and I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our experience. The hotel staff - from the bell hops, to the concierge, to the pool servers, to housekeeping - was amazing. After being there a day or two we were on a Mr./Mrs. [last name] basis with many of them. The hotel is less than a block from the Financial District stop of the Metromover (free electric rail that goes throughout downtown Miami), we used it routinely and it was super convenient. The pool is awesome and the drinks and food were amazing, with the pool-side wait staff being very attentive. Within minutes of walking out, we had freshly laundered pads on the chairs, with towels, an umbrella (if you wanted one) and a drink in hand. My wife got the tacos and was amazed at how good they were (we ordered them the next day we were out there). The beds are amazing, I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. A couple of tips: (1) The concierge can give you a coupon to get into Nikki Beach - located on South Beach - and the coupon gets you a 2 free beach chairs and beach towels, along with 10% whatever you order. If you are looking for some beach time (this hotel is on the bay, not on the beach), definitely take advantage of this offer. NOTE: the coupon does not cover a beach umbrella, which was a $7 charge for the day. (2) There were some comments about construction at a high rise next door. Although you could hear some minimal construction noise at the pool (nothing in the room), it was not nearly as bad as some people were making it out to be. It appears that most of the exterior construction is done, with most of the work being done on the interior (which may be quieter). (3) This hotel is definitely dog friendly - we saw many while we were there, with some dogs sitting with their owners in the lobby. We didn't mind at all, but something to keep in mind if you would have an issue. (4) The Sunday "brunch" is very pricey ($75 per person) and we decided to pass - although it looked amazing. There is free coffee in the lobby every morning until 9 AM and plenty of good breakfast options within close walking distance - including a Starbucks. (5) Keep your eyes out for celebrities, we rode an elevator with Dwight Howard as the Charlotte Hornets were in town that night to play the Heat. Overall, we highly recommend this place and will be back the next time we are in Miami. My wife only wants to stay at Four Seasons from now on.....
Top quality Four Seasons facility. I am a repeat user of Four Seasons on Brickell Ave. The hotel is very pleasing and proper. Staff is well trained and competent overall. Faciliies are generally very good quality, including a very pleasant swimming pool.
We had a great visit at this property. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the Sunday brunch at the restaurant was unbelievable. Our room was lovely, extremely clean and had recently been updated. The service at the front desk, the Concierge, the valet, and housekeeping were perfection. Breakfast and the Sunday brunch at the hotel restaurant were delicious. We also enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the overall experience. Would definitely stay here again!
Great hotel for families, fun and children due to the superior staff and service! First time for baby in hotel and the staff made the experience a great one with gift for baby at checkin, luxurious crib and bath toiletries and diaper pail without even requesting it!
Great facility - up to date, spacious rooms. Impeccable service. Staff typically remember and greet you by name. They go the extra mile every time to ensure guests are happy. For example, when the Equinox health club said loaning yoga mats was against their policy, the concierge arranged for the hotel to buy one and loan it to me.
First rate property, excellent staff, best Sunday brunch in the city by far. Great location for business and places to eat and drink. The concierge staff is the best I have ever experienced. The valets are special.
Service was excellent and they staff really tries very hard to make your stay memorable. no complains whatsoever The guys at the valet parking are impressive as well. I was going to babysit my granddaughter for the night and the staff brought me a microwave and a small fridge in case we need it for the baby.
Well, I'd give it a 6 if I could, last minute change brought us there for a night. Great staff, clean property and all were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a little odd that you go up to the 7 floor for the lobby (checkin) and then proceed to the upper floors (21 and above) for guest rooms. The room was very well appointed and the the bed rather dreamy. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been sharing it with a significant other! Nice shower and bath, great soap, a lighted iron even! Wifi worked as advertised and the environmental control unit was great. There were/are plenty of plug ins for all ones tech. Could not hear anyone next door or in the hall. Just a true pleasure to have stayed I just wish it was a longer stay. I'll return for sure. Thanks again.
This was for pleasure. I was very surprised that the hotel was up and running so soon after the hurricane The staff couldn’t have been nicer to both myself and my family. We had made some special request for breakfast and were so surprised they had everything we wanted. Can’t thank the baker and staff enough
