Four Seasons Hotel Miami5.0 out of 5.0

I got upgraded to 2612, it’s like having an entire floor to yourself! There were no pet fees which was a nice surprise. The hotel is centric, close to Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, AA Arena, and South Beach.
I would have no reservation about staying here again, the grounds are beautiful. The restaurant for dinner was just OK. Limited menu and possibly the smallest portion of wine I’ve ever received for ‘wine by the glass’. Breakfast outside was a better experience. Now the negative... I think we were passed to three or four people at check in and check out, unloading bags, to the bell hop, to yet another one bringing the bags to the room. This was repeated again at check out.
This hotel hosted a professional development conference 2 weeks after Hurricane Irma. You could still see the devastation in the neighborhood. However, the resilience of Miami was in full effect. Excellent staff, customer service, and facility. As much as I travel, I do not get to stay at the Four Season Hotels that much - but this was a fantastic experience. Great rooms, great views, and the conference rate was very reasonable for this outstanding facility. Great experience - and outstanding customer service and professionalism.
We love this hotel. It is the perfect spot to stay for attending Miami Heat games. Having a drink at the bar before and after is perfect. The beds are beyond comfy. Lunching at the pool is heavenly. Our dog loves it too.
Location is perfect, the heart of Brickell. I have visited this place twice in last month. First time it was Kristi's fundraising event and after that one regular walk in. Both times, from valet and hosts to the check out, very good service and very pleasant and polite work staff. Recomend.
We arrived here for an overnight before a cruise. Was struck immediately by the excellent staff meeting the car and helping me disembark my scooter. We were very surprised though when, at reception, we were asked whether we really needed a accessible room. The hotel has numerous works of art on display and is very attractive. We were shown to our accessible room on Floor 25. Free internet I was very relieved to discover. The room was spacious and well equipped. I was surprised to see a window seat across the large window. A window seat on 25th floor. I could sit there for hours. The bed was comfortable but far too high for anyone using a wheelchair. The bathroom wasn’t wheelchair friendly or even anyone who can’t manage a step into the shower accessible. Once again I could not gain access to a shower which was suitable for a disabled traveler. It makes me very sad. I have loved travelling all my life, but I am nearly defeated now as increasingly the nightmare of trying to haul myself up from a toilet when it would have been so easy to put a rail in either side is depressing me.My desire to have a shower after an over 10 hour flight thwarted by a step into a shower with no rails or a seat. Plus for a solo traveler - the absence of a pull alarm if they unfortunately had a fall. We went down to the restaurant and had a very nIce meal outside on the terrace. We had excellent service. I had some local Mexican dishes which were very tasty and my husband had a very generous serving of cheeseburger and chips. We had a good night’s sleep and then had breakfast of melon and omelette. Service was fine. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with wonderful pools and hoists to enable disabled guests to use the pool. Looked a lovely hotel for a longer stay. Hope all the accessible rooms are not so inadequate as ours
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for a few days before Thanksgiving. We cannot say enough good about the property and the people. the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The service is impeccable and very responsive. A few tips and comments for you if you are considering this hotel: LOCATION FOR LEISURE TRAVELERS: If like us, you are not familiar with Miami; you should know that this hotel is in the middle of the downtown financial district. To get to beaches etc.; you will have to take a 20 minute Uber to Miami Beach. Now, this is not a bad thing. If you are a leisure traveler, you will get a luxury property for a reasonable price and a quiet room. The Miami Beach hotels are pricey and loud with parties going on. BUSINESS HOTEL: This is fundamentally a business hotel serving the financial district. We stood out by wearing vacation attire but were never treated any differently. Just be advised that if you come for vacation that you will be surrounded by a lot of suits. PEOPLE: Everyone tries his best to take good care of you and meet your needs. However, we have to give a special notice to Joe who is the manager over the motor lobby team. He could not have been nicer in providing us with advice and help during our visit. Make friends with Joe. He will take great care of you. BAR: The Edge Bar has some great mixologists working at it. If you like classic cocktails, be sure to drop by. COFFEE/ROOM SERVICE: There is an in-room coffee maker but if you want your own fresh brew, you will have a challenge. There are not any coffee shops in close proximity. We ended up getting room service for morning coffee and pastries. This was but good food and great service. SUNDRIES: There is a 7-eleven that is just a couple of blocks away for any sundry needs. WIFI: Strong and reliable WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is included in the room. TELEVISION: Standard cable channels and old school Pay Per View. Bring your roku, Fire stick, etc. if you want other TV. In summary, this is a great property that lives up to its name.
Our first choice when staying in Miami. Warm and friendly staff that offers you a personal touch!! Clean , up to date, fashionable and just a nice place to stay! Would recommend to friends and family!
Spent 3 day’s here and had a great time. The pools are great and the hotel is nicely located. The breakfasts were good with a wide array to select from. The gym is amazing and probably one of the best hotel gyms I have been to. The food was generally good and staff very helpful. The rooms were large and very clean - all you expect from a Four seasons.
A very nice hotel but the best thing is really the pool area. The area is large and elevated giving it a special feeling. You should try the burger from the pool restaurant. Not very expensive and of great quality. The location is not that exiting but the service and rooms are truly excellent.
