Very convenient and close to airport. 24 hour shuttle is a great amenity. The room though had a very noisy A/C which we figured would be okay but the noise became unbearable as the night went on. I should have requested for a room change but we left to go catch our flight at 5 am anyways.

Hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. Shuttle was good. The first check in ladies were really good. They held our bags because we arrived early. When we came back later to check in the guy at the front desk was rude and not very nice or helpful. He’s been the only part we didn’t like. There is a supposed $20 fee that if not Liston on hotel.com that they will try and charge you when you check in. It’s fo the shuttle, internet, pool, and hotel services such as the business centre. It was not listed anywhere so sounds like a scam. Probably trying to keep their price down so people book and then surprise when they check in. They should just be honest at the beginning.

We stayed for four nights due to a travel mishap. We had several issues with our stay. 1. Our room was not cleaned on several days. When it was they did a nice job. 2. Front desk was not friendly and didn’t understand basic English. I tried to request two plastic forks and they ignored me. 3. No microwave anywhere. I’ve stayed at literally hundreds of hotels as I travel frequently for work and never have seen this. 4. Room temperature was either freezing or burning hot. There’s no way the thermostat was working. 5. Water temperature was also either freezing or scalding. Several occasions I couldn’t take a shower that was more that slightly above tap temperature. 6. They charge for parking. 7. The “gym” had a single treadmill which didn’t work and broken peloton. The dumbbells didn’t have common sizes like matching 25lbs. 8. They advertise a hot tub but there isn’t one. 9. They charge you to use the pool. I’m a very low maintenance traveler but this was easily the worst stay I’ve experienced.

Hotel and Airport shuttle staff excellent, however there is no set times for shuttle. You have to wait until one shows up at both airport and at the Hotel. We had an early departure. It would have been great to sleep an extra 30 minutes. Instead you have to come down early for a possible 20/40 minutes. Also message was sent about waiting for the White Van. Shuttle buses are yellow stripes, or black.
