It was close to the airport. The staff was responsive and friendly. The rooms were good but nothing to “ write home “ about .

Very clean, close to things and great staff.

I was pretty disappointed in my stay. I had to switch rooms the first night at 11 pm because apparently they were throwing a party downstairs and the music was loud and easily heard in my room a few floors up. This apparently is a regular thing as there is a club on the first floor so I think every weekend is this way. Then the room they switched me to only had a sheet and a thin blanket on the bed, no comforter. I thought I was going to have to turn the heat on in Miami just to stay warm at night.

Needs new key card system. Its a lot of work for front desk. Front desk ordered us an uber and never told us the driver had changed. Had we not asked, we may have missed our flight. Just okay, all around. Noce pool.

The room smelled musty, it was clean but the property needed an update!

The place is a bit aged. Room service was nearly nonexistent. I had to ask for towels too often for my 5 night stay. The staff was nice but very little English in housekeeping.
