A basic but clean hotel in a very convenient location near the airport. The bartender in the lobby was great! If you want ice fyi the ice machine is on the 4th floor.
The airport shuttle sign reads sonesta not Regency hotel which I found was quite dumb. after waiting for 90 minutes for it I took a taxi to the hotel Staff are excellent

The new locks on the door of my room did not work and I had to change rooms. The safe did not work either.

We never checked in since they never provided shuttle bus waiting for 3 hours. The receptionist kept telling us the shuttle was on the way and after 3 hours told us it was broken and that we needed to take the taxi. we only had few hours catch sleep before getting on our connecting flight.

Poor staff service. Had to send my dinner back, not what was on menu. Day front desk could not care less about the job. On her phone list of the time. The breakfast opened very late because server did not show up on time. This was detrimental to many people who had early morning flights. Won’t be staying there again.
It’s close to their airport, that’s the biggest perk. Beds are comfortable and the restaurant has a tasty breakfast. However, the airport shuttle does not operate every 30 minutes as advertised, more like hourly. It also does not operate after 1030pm. The shuttle was probably the biggest inconvenience.
Just stayed one night as came down a day early for a cruise. The pool was nice but the water was too cold to enjoy, it was fun to play a game of pool and my friend played a couple of songs on the piano. Convenient to the airport, nice Peruvian chicken restaurant across the street. Would stay here again! - In fact I wanted to book it for a one night in May but it said two-night minimum :(
