Nice guy at check-in but tub dirty with several hairs in it , only one guy at front desk so too busy to answer phone, had to go down and ask if tub could be cleaned or please give a new room (maid came after a while…
then TV did not turn on, no answer at front desk so back down elevator to front desk, man at desk called engineer, but after 20 min of waiting for him, he found out the engineer had gone home.
Then asked for a wake-up call at 6am to catch flight, front desk guy repeated time and room number but the wake up call mever happened and MISSED OUT FLIGHT! Front desk said there was no record of a request for a wake up call.
What a complete disaster. We are going to see if manager can make this right for us, for as it stands we’ll never return to this very sub-par operation.
