Extremely outdated. The hotel shuttle was old and the seats were disgusting. I believe there was also a hole in the floor. The day after checkout, I noticed big bites all over my legs.
The room / hotel smelled a little 'old' and it felt like it could use some updates, but since we were just here for an overnight stay, it was fine. The airport shuttle (which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel) broke down and we ended up paying for our own uber to get to hotel, which was very disappointing. We saw other vans in the parking lot, couldn't they have sent another one to pick us up?
They have free transportation to airport
All was good. The price is OK. Very convenient if you need to stay near the airport. This hotel helped and took care of many people during the beginning of the COVID Pandemic. Thanks!
Shuttle service is only once per hour, not continuous or as requested which is very difficult when flying all day.
No shuttle service, non working ice machines, defective key cards, horrible food and staff was rude. Will never stay here again!!!!
There was a cockroach in the bathroom and when checking out the front desk agent didn’t even ask how was my stay. He just said “I just need the room #” the room also smelled weird.
