Horrible stay! Cold water, the apartment cabinets, tub messed up. Couldnt adjust the air. I typically dont do reviews but by far the worst stay. Ended my trip early! Booked for two nights left beforehand due to the hotel.

It was okay! Bathroom needed some TLC especially in the shower. I had to wear my sandals because I didn’t have shower shoes and of course they were ruined. I spent most of my time away so I only slept there at night it was pretty quiet. I came in one night and spotted a roach on the nightstand. Even though it was the only one I’m sure it was others I had to make sure my clothes and bags were thoroughly inspected before I left. We could have had more towels.

Hot and Uncomfortable!

Not what’s was expected like the photo. The room was hot even with the AC on. No dark out curtains and super brights during the day which make it super hot. My shower was leaking the whole trip they could not fix until after my stay if that was their plan. I also did not like that they sent someone over to my room without notifying me first, a day into my trip and they were trying to get into the room lucky I was there at the time. It felt unsafe for me. I had lost trust at that moment as in who know when someone was in my room without my knowledge. Won’t be staying here again.

This was probably the worst place I have ever stood at in my life. Was completely neglected through out my stay with all the issues. Elevator broke and they don’t change their filters at all and I sick as a dog cause of it. Very unsafe

It was a little bit different in pictures, but totally worth the price. Kitchen also well equipped, clean and nice bathroom, cool furnitures, comfortable beds. Neighborhood is amazing, everything is close; groceries, renting shops, beach, bus stops. Best experiences

The property is located conveniently a few blocks away from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants that fits all budgets. The room itself came with a huge kitchen and seating area. The property manager was really responsive. The only thing We did not like was the little white bugs on the mattress. I was itchy all over. Booked two nights but left early due to being uncomfortable.

There was multiple roaches in the home. The bed frame literally broke apart when I sat on the bed. When I reached out to the property owner I was ignored completely. Disgusting I don’t not recommend anyone stay here.

Great place to stay. 6 mins to beach amd outdoor gym. 5 mins to Ocean Ave. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Room had a kichen. Parking in residential area was paid. Allows for Zone 2 residential parking up to Lincoln Mall.

Conveniently located properly that needs TLC.

Convenient location in South Beach, close to the ocean and F&B options. Easy to get around with Uber/Lyft and also the free MB trolley. The property needs to be updated - unusable hall closet, blinds that were damaged, many damaged or cracked tiles on the floor, and general cleanliness of the bathroom and shower areas. The shower pressure was non existent. For the building, it is basically a condo/apt type of building with the usual smells in the hallway and well worn carpeting. You only get the passcodes to the building and apt the day of check in, which may cause a bit stress. Also, you only get these codes after making calls to the management office - you do not get an email proactively, even when you have prepaid for the stay.

It's no Hilton Hotel but its a nice, pleasant apartment for a solo or couple enjoying a 7 day vacation. Kitchen facilities good, wifi excellent. The location is perfect for dining, beach, bars or general sightseeing. Communication before check in could be a little better but all in all you wont regret booking this place!
