Nice hotel, a block away from the beach, a block away from a public parking lot thats only $1 hour (12th and Washington ) and front desk agent Chris was awesome and extremely attentive to all of our needs ..

Great stay and staff. I had a great stay, i would stay here again.

Love the hotel and staff. Only thing that bothered me was all the construction going around the hotel, which I know they dont have any control over. Other than that great place

This is a nice hotel close to all attractions. Clean and well maintained. The stsff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location to attend the art fairs. Restaurants, convenience stores, a great diner are all near by. Colin's is a main street and transportation is easy. No need for a car at all.

The hotel has been remodeled. The suite I got was excellent with a large smart tv on the wall and a great spa in the bathroom. The negative the hotel doesn't have a pool and the internet was no good. I wasn't able to connect to their wifi. Also adjacent restaurant is not that great; they have a nice court yard but it gets fill with smokers so breakfast was not pleasant. The good about the restaurant is that it offered 20% discount.

The staff was attentive & made our stay amazing. I will be coming back and staying here from now on.

Room was nice for South Beach. Price reasonable. Close to everything.

Not the best hotel around but you cant beat the location right next to palace bar and twist walking distance to the beach

Pricey but location is awesome, staff is nice. Everything is within walking distance and unlike many of the south beach hotels this one is not run down

for the money we paid it was very good. a very nice couple hotel and very convenient.

I stayed here for the weekend which ended up being extended for 2 additional days due to my flight being canceled and I have not 1 complaint. I would highly recommend this hotel. You can't beat this price and have such a great experience.

The location is one of the best things about the Kent. It has access to everything in south beach.

I really enjoyed myself from staff to service. And I was close to the beach I loved it

We arrived at the hotel a couple hours earlier than the required check in time, Jose at the front desk advised us to change, leave our bags and hit the beach till our room was ready. Location was perfect, in the middle if everything, the room was clean bathroom was clean, perfect place to rest and change for Miami....we plan to go back and stay at the Kent hotel.

It is a nice place to have just to sleep if you get a change. Mostly used it for changing, showering, and taking quick naps. Most of our vacations were spent outside of the hotel.

Every thing was great. Location , bed comfort, bathroom . The only problem is the parking . The staff told me is 15$ per day. When I checkout the charged me 20$ per day. And they said we didn't tell you its 15$!!! Otherwise the valet they deal with put the price is 15$. But they said if u r stay in our hotel you must pay 20$ . Chairs in the room are dirty But everything else clean

Walkable to everything in South Beach. Close to both the beach and clubs, but not so close to the clubs that you hear noise or trip over the drunken after hours partiers. The lobby was nicely done and clean. Every staff member was welcoming, including the housekeepers who were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had been renovated recently, the bedroom was basic and minimalist but comfortable. The a/c was a bit noisy but it worked well so no complainants there. It's an older hotel but there have been enough renovations done that its comfortable. Definitely recommend the Kent.

Smelled like marihuana. Other than that, simply getting what you pay. It served its purpose.
