Beautiful hotel in the heart of it all. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Very nice staff!

We stayed only one night at the dream. Overall had a great experience, staff was extremely nice and helpful from the front desk to valet and at the pool bar. The hotel is conveniently located on Collins and 11th so it's very central to everything. My only complaint would be the room size, it felt so tight and barely and space.

The hotel needs to revamp its furniture in the lobby and common areas. The hallway smelled but my room was very nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful. Especially Christian and Andrea and concierge.

Very clean, nice service, close to beach. Very nice rooftop pool

Central area. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Definitely hit up the Naked Taco and take full advantage of the custom mojito menu!

4th stay at the dream in the last 12 months. It's super convenient since it's 1 block from the beach and ocean drive. Tons of restaurants and entertainment options are in the area. I will be staying here again soon.

Nice hotel close to everything restaurants, beach.

Nice hotel. Clean close to beach. Nice size room, good food. Wish beach had food and drink service

I've been to South Beach multiple times, but have never had a better stay than this. The staff was unbelievably friendly and professional! Our stay coincided with Miami Music Week, so we knew things would be intense. I was incredibly impressed with the staff overall. They always greeted us, asked if we were in town for the festivities, and even seemed excited that everyone was in town enjoying Miami! The rooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning staff were always ready to come by and make the room! The location is top-notch. Easy taxi to downtown Miami too! Can't wait to stay again!!

I arrived in the middle of ultra-miami... lots of chaos, and a new city for me. They were very nice and welcomed me. The hotel was noisy, but I hadn't known to expect that during the festival. The hotel is very central to all of thé South Beach doings. For me, the price was a bit steep, but -again I arrived at a very busy period. The rooms are well-fitted and the bed was nice.

The elevator didn't have a sensor and kept trying to smash me in it, the lock on the door was broken, room was small, and pool was only 3ft. Hotel restaurant was not the best.

Security the first night was excellent someone followed us we was already by the elevator a man came groping his private part I complained to front desk no one was there when she did show up she explained the man who followed us was security without his uniform I told them very unprofessional I spent too much money to go somewhere to feel unsafe besides that the hotel is beautiful someone should clean the leather couches near the pool

The customer service was amazing. The only thing that was not so great halls smelled like cigarettes. Suite neighbors was annoying. They party all night we never complained. My husband went on the the roof top to smoke and they complained. Which I find to be very petty and disrupted our stay due to security knocking to tell us no smoking. He was not smoking in the room but in the rooftop deck then to see the same people complaining smoking out of a vape pen. Jerks!! Overall I have to say the service was good.

Loved the decor but the bed is small. The location was perfect. The rooftop pool overlooked the Versace Mansion!

After checking into our original hotel (hotel Pierre) we were shocked that it was not as advertised with issues such as mold, and bed bugs. We decided to leave and check into Dream. Upon arrival the staff noticed we were disgruntled and asked what was wrong. We told them our experience with the previous hotel and they apologized and upgraded us to a suite! We couldnt have been more pleased with Dream. The staff was very attentive, the room was clean and very comfortable, and provided us with a great overall experience. I usually travel to South Beach twice a year, and will exclusively be staying at Dream from now on, as well as recommending it to all of my friends!!

My only complaint is that the room does not isolate the outside noise. Loud doors loud steps and voices on the hallway. Hard to sleep in. Otherwise beautiful and modern!!

La habitacion un poco incomoda, son demasiado pequeñas y la zona del lavabo para afeitarse tienen muy poca luz. Por lo demas ok.

Nice hotel. Rooms were not well lit. No privacy when in the bathroom or shower doors are glass so make sure your traveling with someone you don't mind seeing all of you.

Very friendly staff, nothing negative to say. I'm told I need to add more to my review, but I felt all of my questions were answered by the front desk, so I have nothing more to add.

Room was small but very comfortable..great use of space...lighting is dim, limited closet space and no free parking. I would recommend!
