Keycards consistently need to be reprogrammed. Housekeep staff very pushy and rude demanding must leave room 30mins prior to 11am checkout. Views are all blocked and of roof tops only.

It was convenient. Lots of places to eat. Discount on dining. They offer you bottle, water and fruit everyday. And they help you with Cheers for the beach. Entails excellent
If you like to party it’s a cool location. But the rooms smelled like mildew. Showers looked dirty. Just wasn’t a good room to stay at.

Location is perfect. Quick access to the beach & all of ocean drives restaurants and bars. Staff let us check in early. Will definitely stay here again
Very well located Hotel. Near all amenities and front beach. The area is a party area, with peple partying all evening. Music can be load.
You can’t pull up to The hotel anymore. The city shut down Ocean drive. We both had three bags each . It was a nightmare having to drag that from Collins to the front door. There is a hidden entrance to go through an ice cream store to get to the elevator so every time you go to your room you have to go through that ice cream store.Very strange concept??? The room was great, spacious modern, clean and big king bed and although there are many bars underneath pretty quiet. There was bikes included and beach towels. The Cuban restaurant was average and I was a bit put off that for 220/night breakfast was Not included
