The pictures do not reflect the stay you will get. The hotel is old and has not been updated in at least 30 years. The hotel& rooms stunk of cigarette smoke. They had not been cleaned and despite multiple requests and promises that housekeeping would come up, my room was never cleaned. The elevator is soooo slow, yiu can go up and down the stairs multiple times before it arrives. While the folks at the desk seemed to be kind, they did nothing to improve my stay. Would not recomend.

When the construction is complete, it will be a really nice walk to the beach. Lots of updates are needed, the pool was really not nice at all and we weren’t able to use it

First of all, to get into the entrance of the hotel, you have to walk through a “through way” on the side of the building, the elevator was ridiculously slow, the patio wasn’t a patio…it felt like a roof, that was shared with the next room, the “so-called” lounge chairs looked like screen doors, the ironing baord didnt even have a cloth on it…it was just gettho. I want my money back….i checked in about 130…I checked back out around 2, so I didn’t even stay a full day

El 90% de lo que pagas es la ubicacion. pero asegurate que la calle no este cerrada para ir a la playa. asegurate que te limpien la habitacion. asegurate que funcione la maquina secadora y que las mucamas no fumen mientras trabajan. La señora Pamela de recepcion un DIEZ.

Facilities are dated, it’s a nice distance to the beach and has some good restaurants near by. The elevator is crazy slow, take the stairs, things could be cleaner but the sheets and towels are clean and the fridge worked well.

The only thing good I can say is that the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The first room we were in my sister attempted to that a shower as soon as she pulled the shower curtain the pole came completely out of the wall. They did change our room and credit us back the $20 resort(???) fee. Next room again we had a issue with the bathroom. Now it's the water filling up in the tub and sink while showering. The maintenance person came and seem like we was disturbing him from his vacation. He fixed that issue and they did extend our check out time with no charge. Which worked out great for us since our cruise arrival time wasn't until 3 pm. We asked him about the TV blinking in and out and the fuzzy reception . He said it was okay. It wasn't but by this time we were so frustrated we just wanted to shower and go to bed. Thank goodness it was only a one night stay if we had to stay longer we would have left the next day. I totally understand that construction has to be done but they should have made previous for a safe patch for their customers to walk to and from the main entrance. The place doesn't look like the photos. The rooms look like a upgraded prison cell.
Top of the refrigerator is rusty .
The tub was dirty looking. We put a towel inside to prevent touching the tub floor.
The whole bathroom needs to be completely remodeled. It's nasty . I forgot the picture of the sink but you can imagine
The furniture is old and ugly. Not vintage if that is what they was going for.

The pool had mold around it.We were told it was closed because it was clean.It was not clean.I took pictures in my showed the front desk that it wasnt cleaned! Our room was disgusting.The whole place is disgusting! For some reason our clothes were always damp! We were warned how s l o w the elevator is! To get into our room, we had to actually hit the door hard with our but to get through the door and to get out we had to pull extra hard! That place needs to be shut down, and a total overhaul or terror it down, they're doing work in the area. We should have been warned. That was the worst stay I ever had!

I hate to leave bad reviews but there is nothing good to say about the Broadmore. We left after an hour. Beds were dirty, toilet was blocked, elevator was so slow, everywhere smelt, the guy on the desk was rude, DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN! Actually just don't book at all.

Tye checkin was amazing. The gentleman checking us in was extremely friendly!! The hotel itself i decent for the price. On the beach with easy beach access. The hotel provides towels and beach loungers.

Beware, do not book!

Absolutely disgusting! There was mold in my mattress. Black mold! The water was orange. The hotel pool was filthy. The whole place smelled like urine, mold and weed. It was awful! Nothing was done. No refund. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and they charged a $20 fee a day for resort fees. It is so far from a resort it’s not funny. Beware!

This property desperately needs to be renovated and updated. In need of a complete makeover. The bed in our room felt like sleeping on a hard, stiff board. My body ached every morning. The only linen was a sheet. The room was cold with no way to adjiat the ac unit. There was a night I requested additional blankets and was told one would be brought up instead of giving it to me while I was standing at the front desk, which I had to do as there is no telephone in the room. Thank goodness we were on the second floor and could walk upstairs because the elevator is so slow and only two people can ride. The towels and wash cloths were rough and very thin. Feels like I stepped back into the 60s or 70s.
