Overall was a great experience, the staff was ok, and the room was ok too. You get what you paid.

Elevator broken so had to walk you to top floor.

There was nothing good at this property, I start with the elevator super slow and gets stuck at times at well. No housekeeping so if you stay more than two days good luck getting clean towels. The property is nothing like in the pictures, is super old and smells like death in it. Homeless people sleep outside the patio at night making you feel unsafe. The whole place is totally outdated from patching walls to mildew and mold in the bathrooms cover with a thick layer of paint. Would never recommend a place like this. Don’t let the pictures of the place in Orbitz fool you. The only good thing about that place is that I will never have to stay there again.

I felt as though the room itself definitely could've been cleaner, floors were filthy the moment we walked in, and I found others hair in the shower. Also I really did not appreciate the hotel staff starting a construction project at 7AM on my floor, they were loud with their tools, but also screaming at each other in Español, and I had to wait until after 8 am the day of if I had wanted to extend my stay. The older female bartender that was working Tuesday in the mid-t to early afternoon was RUDE and I didn't like her at all, and the food was mediocre, but the hibiscus margarita were the best part of my trip. Also the elevator in the hotel was SO SLOW, so be prepared to walk up (in my case) 5 flights of stairs because it literally takes 10 minutes to get the elevator down the ground floor and then another 6 to get upstairs so that is an annoying inconvenience

City parking which you use app to pay for or the kiosk. Near impossible to find parking on the weekend and holidays. The beds were nothing but creaky cheap protruding springs and a thin piece of cloth covering them. The sheets were very rough cotton. The windows were so dirty I couldn't see the beach. The bathroom door was screwed back together and rotten on top. The electric charging station drained my battery rather than charge it. There was no do not disturb sign or hotel phone in the room. They do not answer their phones or respond to email, The do not allow an early check-in. The hallway floors are in desperate need of vacuuming. The blankets both had cigarette burns in them. Standing water in the tub. The elevator is the most pathetic I have ever used in any country I have been in. It only allows two people, skips floors, adds floors, and the door takes forever to open (this is the only one for the entire hotel). I believe every bad review regarding this hotel. The photos used seem like an attempt to project itself as a boutique hotel. It has potential but in reality, is very rundown.

My room was clean and had great view.

Look its not a 5 start hotel but its good close to the ocean and the staff is really nice and friendly. Honestly i went to Miami to visit and enjoy the weather. I was not there to stay in a hotel.

They gave us a room with a broken bed, we stayed three days so that they could change our room, some receptionists with a very bad attitude and did not help us at all to change the room, and the maintenance manager did not help much to say very bad experience.

I liked that the property was close to everything but I didn’t like about the property was old and there was always a problem with the property

The hotel staff was friendly. They had a decent breakfast. The internet kept getting disconnected frequently. The swimming pool was closed. Dint mention that while booking. You had to go to reception to request Room service that too on the 3rd day. The hospitality industry's quality to cater to customers has gone down dramatically post-pandemic.

Good because it’s right at the beach..(runnnn) but rooms aren’t what’s in the pics room wasn’t clean tv didn’t work tub fills when u shower wanted a refund or a different room no help oh and construction woke me up at 6 ( I’m on vacation would have liked to sleep in)

I like the location by the beach that's about it. The place looks nothing like the pictures on the website

I did not liked anything, except that is right in front of the beach, the pool has a lot of potential to be a great place to hang out, but the surrounding of the pool are dirty, no lights at night, very disorganize. My TV did not work, my door would not close correctly and the staff answer was " that is the way it is", no room service at all, the staff with no good attitude and the last day I found a cockroach in my room. Like I said the only good thing was that the hotel is right in front of the beach. I would never go back to that place or recommend it
