CLEAN. Everything was beautiful . Beach on north beach so much better than south beach. Customer service was incredible... beach staff, incredible!! Front desk incredible. I used to be a RITZ Carlton only girl, but I am reformed I will be back at the edition hotel in miami... for years to come! This hotel is highly recommended!!

A superb, classy, beautiful hotel of which very few can match - even in miami. We stayed for 4 nights at a busy weekend and the front desk was superb in accommodating our requests, with a smile and, despite being very busy, did all they could to make our stay a pleasure. The staff around the hotel from the pool, to the beach to the restaurants are all superb in attitude and in diligent, authentic care for customers. They work hard and they are truly a team that understands and respects hospitality and customers vacation. I was incredibly impressed. The hotel is designed so beautifully and is incredibly elegant yet modern. It captures what miami is today and transports you to a place of luxury. The restaurants and bars are spot on and, again, incredibly elegant. The food is excellent. The place has special amenities like a super cool, elegant bowling bowl, ice ring and it’s for adults. It attracts a high class clientele and at no time was overcrowded or noisy. Top marks to the leadership of the hotel that empowers their team to lead with the customer and for maintaining such a beautiful place. We will come again and are very grateful.

Just Amazing what you see on site is what you get. Just a great place to stay very accommodating well kept property great location beach access, nice pool area just a great stay.

The beach was easy to get to. For the price it wasn’t worth it

It's a great hotel. Very family oriented. Lovely grounds outside. Great place to go for Spring Break because it is quiet and laid back. Loved the pool area. Loved eating outdoors at the Matador. Loved bowling in the Basement. Appreciated that they had outdoor games to play with your kids like pickleball and jenga. Overall I'd recommend it. Things I didn't like: * Don't get dinner at Market - it's overpriced and not that good. Instead go to Matador. * Can't buy in-room movies, which we would have enjoyed being able to do. Also no in-room coffee machine. * They don't really have activities during the week - since it was Spring Break it would have been nice if they'd done movies or something fun at the sandbox. They promote the sandbox on their website but really there's nothing going on there. * Sometimes the staff was really on the ball and sometimes they weren't. In the morning they put out coffee but more than once they'd be out of cups, out of cream, and the guests would have to go hunting around to find someone to restock everything. They should pay more attention to that given the expected level of service at a hotel of this nature.

Hotel is nice but the stuff is horible! 2 times i request something in tooks 2 hours to bring in the room

Location is great and only steps away from the beach.

Beautiful hotel, amenities, beach, room, restaurant, decor, etc! Staff - there is some area for improvement in service, particularly with the staff by the pool and Tropical restaurant. Absolutely recommend to anyone.

Quiet and elegant. Not too many kids running around. The staff was excellent, very helpful. Two good restaurants. No parking available except valet. If they had electric car charger it would be perfect.

We stayed four nights and five days. The facilities and staff were great. We stayed at property for lunch, pool and beach. Very comfortable all around. Highly recommend.

I loved the hotel and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Joe at the concierge was just incredibly helpful to me even calling while he was off duty to make sure all arrangements were set. I would definitely stay again.
