The pictures was beautiful when I booked my trip . Once I enter the apartment it smelled wet like mildew. I immediately called the owner and he was very confrontational. The table in the dining room was dirty. The floors were dirty and we only had two face towels, two bath towels and one and a half rolls of tissue and a half of things of paper towel. For a 4 day stay . I had to go purchase cleaning supplies also toiletry for my stay. The AC will get from warm to cold throughout the day the good part of it it was pots and plates and silverware.

I place itself was fine however having one towel and one wash cloth for 3 days is ridiculous and nasty. Spoke to the landlord who says he changes them every 7 days is insane. Then he promised to bring clean towels ovet the ne:t dsy which he didn't. Unless you are dirty and don't mind this then the pla e id for you. Myself never will I stay there again. I definitely won't recommend it..

The property smelled like mildew, sheets constantly felt wet. The vents did not work for the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was so small with 2 twin beds that you could not even open the door the whole way. Rusty metal pipes in the bathroom holding towels. Outlet in the bathroom did not work, toilet seat cover was loose and slid. Closest overnight parking was 4 blocks away.

Upstairs ruined our experience

The actual place & location was not too bad but be aware that you have to look for parking elsewhere. The first night we were kept up by the EXTREMELY noisy people upstairs. It sounded like they were fighting & slamming themselves onto the ground multiple times until 4am . I let the host know & he said he would talk to them. The next night it was quiet but our 3rd night they played a screaming recording on full blast until about 7am. That’s just unacceptable, we had a long drive ahead of us & didn’t get a good night sleep because of this unfixed issue.

It’s near the Miami south beach but this property is not have any parking for customers and city parking is very limited hours for parking a car. Anyway I don’t want to comeback to visit this city again.

Atrocious bathroom linen.

The location was great and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The area was quiet. Received a parking ticket as off street parking meter ran out. The place needs fresh paint and NEW towels. The towels were atrocious. Hard to believe that management would allow the towels to be torn, stained and paper thin. Overall, we would stay again for the convenience and rate, but definitely only if the above corrections were made.

Needs better linen

Although the accommodations appeared to be clean, the floors needed to be mopped. The furniture needed repairs and were outdated and rusty towel bars were falling apart. The actual linen that was provided was stained, and the towels had holes in them and frankly was thin and cheap

This property isn’t as advertised in terms of furniture and decor. Actually, you’re basically getting an apartment that presents like a college dorm. The pictures on their site don’t portray an accurate description. However, the property is in a great location as you can walk to the majority of restaurants and attractions in North Miami. South Beach is also less than 1 mile away.

I don't know how this property has good reviews. There was water damage when we stayed here. There was water coming from upstairs, but they neglected to have maintenance come and fix the issue. It got all on our makeup and clothing. There were multiple people who were lurking around the apartment, looking inside. Even knocked on the window. Unacceptable when there’s a whole bunch of girls inside. They didn’t want to give us more towels, they only said they brought them during certain days. They didn’t attend to our needs, so I disputed them. Will not be staying here ever again! Beware!

Very clean property. Amazing area. But, horrible lighting, the outlets in the bathroom don’t work, and there’s only one mirror in the living room and a regular mirror in the bathroom. So, basically it’s a nightmare for getting dressed, doing make up & going out.
