The amenities/pool are wonderful however the rooms are pretty basic for what you pay. I paid for an “upgrade” since it was my birthday and our room, shower and bed were significantly smaller than our friends who paid less. The room also had a weird musty smell. I would come back to use the pool and amenities however would not stay again.

One of my favorite hotels and the location is a gem. The hotel dna has changed since my last visit. Its not the same cool vibe i enjoyed so much on all my previous stays. Unfortunately, i probably wont go back. The change from a colorful piece of string tied around my wrist vs the generic wristband was the first big “tell”.

It was ok. The spa was nice. The hotel will nickel and dime you for EVERY THING. Hidden fees i had no idea about till the end. I didnt go there to save money.. just to relax and for that it was ok. Would i go back.. hmm prob not.

Be sure to not the Spa is not the hotel. They run separately and the manager of the spa is not great. Also the food at Standard Spa - Lido and poolside is a complete disappointment.
