I booked this property because of the modern style. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room and the front desk said there was no maimtenance staff to resolve at 4pm. The dear at the front desk either misunderstood or maybe simply disliked me because she hung up on me as I called twice to inquire and offered nothing as a solution. My husband and I were even ignored as we exited the lobby an hour later with no one around. It wasn’t a personal issue, it was an expensive room and hot water seemed like a basic amenity. The next day the front desk told me that none of their units had hot water but another resident mentioned everything was fine while I chatted at the pool. They didn’t have to lie. I don’t trust their shortcut business practices.

The location was very nice and quiet the hotel itself was quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful. It was better than I expected.

Nice condo type room with washer/dryer in unit. Construction directly across the street prevented the roof top pool from being relaxing. Pool area is tiny but nice. More loungers are definitely needed.

Mostly looks like the pictures. The rooms were very clean, very contemporary with lots of useful amenities, washer/dryer in room, refrigerator, iron, 2 tv’s, music sound system, kitchen sink, etc. we had no view from our balcony except for scaffolding (we also seemed like we were on top of a roof, so even without the scaffolding there still would have not been much of a view. Overall very clean room. The hallways smelled awful to me (didn’t bother my brother in law) but it smelled like someone had drowned it in cheap bathroom air freshener. It made me nauseous every time I walked out. The front desk staff was ok. The bellmen was a hit or miss. One guy, Patrick was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Always polite, made small conversation, quickly helped with our luggage and doors. The other bellman was absolutely AWFUL! He laid with his head down on his desk. We pulled up and he didn’t even lift his head until we were all out and closed the doors, unbelievable! Pool was very nice, small but perfect for what we needed with the kids (2 and 3 years old). Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a short 2 days, good price and close location to everything, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and a small drive to the beach. Definitely check out Taste Bakery if you’re over that way! But if we were to stay any longer, I’d probably go somewhere else.

Loved that it felt like an apartment and location.

There is no way this sofa bed will sleep two people

I loved this hotel, great service, great people and I love the fact that the rooms have plate, utensils, microwave and a toaster oven. I felt right a home.

Overall stay was good. Hotel Clean maid service daily during my stay. They do charge $25 per day resort fee. Wished they offered more for that fee like bikes.

We had the penthouse yet barely any balcony space.....not the best comfort, yet everything else was suitable. I wish the suites were a bit larger.

Very nice experience, hotel was clean and close to everything we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach, to Lincoln Road and some restaurants. Spent five days not a single issu.

We selected it as it had a washer dryer and sleeping for up to 4 at a reasonable price for SoBe. It recently opened and so some kinks still need to be worked out - hot/cold water worked weirdly, sink faucet and toilet handle were not I stalled correctly, and coffee pods were not refilled daily. Staff was very accommodating though and the space was nice with a good size balcony. It was also very quiet but only about a 10-15 min walk to ocean drive

The hotel was not open and I was sent to a sister hotel. That hotel was a converted apartment building and may have been one of the worst stays I've ever had at a hotel. This is my first negative review ever! I'm sure that it will be a nice hotel when they open, I just wish I hadn't planned my trip at this hotel. By the time I found out they were not going to open, it was too late and too expensive to book another hotel! I requested a comp night at the original hotel when they do open and I was denied.

Apologize about the miscommunication, but indeed, we offer our suites for 3 adults as the sofa-bed can accommodate 1 adult
