I Never do reviews but this quaint gem is worth it. I really liked the location, how clean the community is and the aesthetics. The cafe connected to the hotel was one of my favorite things about my stay. I like healthy food options and the cafe was Perfect. The hotel felt like home. Having a refrigerator allowed us the ability to save money by storing food. The washer and dryer was a Great convenience. We were about to wash our work out clothes and didn't have to repack soiled garments. The bedroom was small but quaint and I really liked the view. The living room space made up for the small bedroom because it was spacious enough to hang out, sit on couch and watch the basketball games with friends. I Absolutely recommend this stay.
I’ve stayed here twice now because I need to be able to prepare my own meals when I travel and having a place to do so is my main priority. The interior of the building is not very well maintained. Both times I wound up purchasing cleaning supplies and going through the room because the room wasn’t up to a standard I’m comfortable with. They douse everything in overpowering fragrance, so if you get migraines, don’t even consider booking here. The hotel is moderate at best, and is outrageously overpriced for what you get. They also don’t refund the $200 deposit. So plan accordingly in your budget to either lose the money or have to dispute the charges If you’re willing to deep clean, a kitchen is worth the trade off for absolutely no luxury if allergies, celiac, etc are factors in your travel plans There is no sound proofing of any kind and they start housekeeping services by vacuuming the halls before 8am. It’s ridiculous how much noise that makes. If there’s a baby on your hall, you’ll be aware of every single time it cries. If your neighbor uses the shower or toilet, you’ll hear it. Hope that the people above you take their shoes off, or you’ll be acutely aware of every move The washer/dryer is a steam unit. Your laundry will take 4-6 hours.
The only good thing about this property was the valet guy. He was very helpful and nice. The room was clean however the smoke alarm beeped the entire time about every 30 seconds. The thermostat for the air wouldn’t go below 76 therefore the night was miserable and hot. They didn’t have toiletries like a usual hotel would. Which normally wouldn’t matter to me but we were only going for one night so I didn’t pack body wash and face wash. My fault I guess and won’t make that mistake again. The worst part we made the reservation through ORBITZ and at first made it for the wrong date contacted ORBITZ who was supposed to CANCEL the wrong reservation to enable a refund And make the correct reservation which they did. After many hours of arguing with ORBITZ come to find out the wrong reservation was never cancelled so the hotel marked us as no shows and refused to refund the money and ORBITZ won’t do anything about it either. So for one night we paid more than 500. Fantastic.

It was clean, modern and in a good location. The rooms were more spacious than expected.
Location was great and close to restaurants, grocery. Very disappointed that the only on-site restaurant never had coffee, and was closed completely on 2 occasions we went. What did we pay a resort fee for? There were no real services provided. The combo washer/dryer in the room was awful. It took over 8 hrs to dry a small load of clothes. We finally just hung them around the room to finish drying them. On the plus side, Camilla was a joy to deal with.
I love this property. It was my second time staying here. It has my heart. Super clean & convenient location. The rooftop pool is a cherry on top. Definitely recommend this to everyone!

This is the perfect Miami Beach location. The rooms are beautiful and super clean. The balcony was great to relax in the sun or hang out at night. There’s Citi bikes everywhere around the building and made it so easy to get around. No need to have a car unless you want to leave the Miami Beach area. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Amanda, we regret we did not live up to your expectations.Unfortunately sometimes the battery of the smoke detectors in the room runs out during a guests stay and the alarm starts beeping, our maintenance team can fix this in minutes by replacing the battery.All rooms come with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, these items are set up for you in the shower.All airconditionings in the hotel are computer regulated, the lowest temperature is set to 70F, this is done so we do not experience any issues with the high humidity in South Florida. If the airco is set to cold the engine might freeze over, with a total loss of the airconditioning as a result.We regret Orbitz made a mistake regarding your reservation and did not cancel it in a timely manor.Unfortunately once the hotel receives the reservation we have this room ready for your stay on the agreed date, requesting a free cancellation after this day has passed is not possible, the room was clean and ready for you to check into.

The daily hotel fee payed during the check in process includes the pool access, pool towels, free internet, free coffee, the bottled water provided for you in the room, washing detergent, etc. Maybe there is an issue with the condence dryer in the room you stayed in, our sincere apologies, we will ask our maintenace team to have a look at the washer/dryer combo
