The stay was ok however I was not pleased with the room I had for the price I paid.I paid for the penthouse suite with the large terrace and extra space however upon arrival I was informed that there are two different layouts for that particular room and I was given a room that was smaller and had a smaller terrace then what was pictured on the website I was then told that if I was unhappy with the room I could request a refund and then leave this was a birthday trip for me that I had planned over 4 months ahead of time and paid for the best room in your hotel with the expectation that I would get the layout of the room that was pictured I was very disappointed it should be noted somewhere in the hotels details for the room that there is a possibility that you will not getting room that is pictured the only reason I stayed at the hotel is because I didn't have any extra money to get another room that day however I doubt I will be returning the rest of the staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok the bartender was amazing he did a great job of making my birthday and my stay better
Stayed at president villa for 4 days and had a good stay. Rooms were nice size and rooftop pool is nice to start off the day before going out. They serve free bkfast for guests and that helps instead of going out and spending a lot. The location is great, just 1 block away from beach and stuff is close by. They dont clean the rooms often but if you ask the front desk they will help you with anything. They also give you beach towels and free bottles of water everyday at the desk.
The breakfast was not good at all when we first arrived the hallway had a foul smell but the room was amazing.
I love the roof top pool and the breakfast is yummy but I hated that I had got to the hotel at 1030 am and didn’t get my room until almost 5 pm and I had three different rooms because I had brought some friends and they didn’t put us together
