When we arrived, the room was not properly prepared for four guests. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves, and the mattress was only about 7 cm thick, which is not adequate for adults and below the expected standard.
There was also a loud howling noise from the plumbing when using the bathroom sink, and several doors creaked loudly. The air conditioning unit is installed inside the room and produces significant noise, which was especially disturbing at night and affected sleep quality.
We also requested a baby high chair, which was approved, but it was never delivered.
Communication was very disappointing. We were instructed to use WhatsApp, but received no response. Only after contacting Expedia did anything start to move forward. We were told maintenance would arrive at 10 AM, but no one came until around 2 PM and without any update.
Some issues were partially addressed later, but overall the experience did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, preparation, and communication.
For future visits, we would choose a different accommodation.
