The hotel was good. We experienced an entire morning with no power but that was no fault of the hotel. Most of the things were across the street, they didn't have more than like 7 channels to watch on TV, and the hotel was low on towels, but besides that, it was descent.

Location was good. Room was not to clean. Provided me with one towel and no rags. Room had huge water bugs in it because of palm trees that were near. Bathroom had mold and no microwave. Hotel that provided food credit was not located at the location I stayed had to go to another hotel to eat which I wasnt going to do. Should not be offering foid credit if its at a different location.

The shower handle needs to be fixed , bathroom switch fix and coffee machine is a must.

Our door never worked also didn’t like that we didn’t have ventilation.

The room was small and the picture on the site was very misleading. No elevator and the staff won't help if they see you struggling

House keeping ladies never knocked at the door before entering they just swipe the card and get in, they saw me naked once. That’s not good!

Had a problem with the TV in the room we were at. I called to report it and they said they would get back to us after they locate the repair/tech person and never did. Also, when we let them know that we were running late to check out they gave us an additional 20mins which was nice

No front desk staff on premises; you have to go across the street to the Chesterfield hotel to check in/out or whenever you need assistance. Music in lobby is super loud and disturbing if you have a room on the ground floor. Room smells like mold/mildew. Toilet seat cracked. Someone on staff at hotel stole the Bose bluetooth headset I left plugged in to charge when i checked out.

No bath towel and no in hotel service. No ice available.

Great location, $38 for valet parking, &25 resort fee, please read about their fees before booking. No elevator.

Walking distance to beach, clubs, places to eat, and shopping. Great location. Check in to my hotel was across the street. Parking is valet for $35 per night. Hotel room was decent.

We had to check in across the street at a different hotel. Valet parking was 35$ a night! No elevator in this hotel had to carry our luggage to the third floor. The room we first had was extremely hot. We figured we should wait a few hours to see if our room would get cool. It NEVER did! Called front desk, they never answered. Had to walk across the street to get information for a different room. Staff told me there are no rooms available without checking the system. He sent maintenance, which surprisingly arrived within 15 min. He was so nice and told us it was not fixable he would contact front desk to see if we can get a different room. I told him we were already told there were NO rooms available. He said he will see what he can do he will come back in a few minutes to update us. An hour passed, no update so I called the front desk. Was told they had a room for me ( after the same person told me there were NONE available), but I had to go back to the front desk and get new keys. Second room was a lot bigger and spacious compared to the first one. At check out upon getting our vehicle returned, valet did not park our vehicle at the correct hotel. Had to carry all 4 luggage across the stress. We noticed our gas was at E when we originally had it at Full. We also noticed our settings in our vehicle have all be changed to a different device. If you just need a place to sleep for a few hours this might be your place. I would not recommend staying here more than one day.

Rude bartender, loud Music till 1 in the morning, humid room with almost wet Sheets, small rooms

The room was comfortable but half the room was in the dark (just no lamps/lights) and many things were broken or not working (they fixed some and not others). The room was cleaned once a day but half of the time we did not have any towels at all (dirty towels were removed and not replaced). I have never been in a hotel with such dirty/stained carpets. We had to get our room keys 3 times because they were not working. There is no front desk at the hotel (you have to go to the hotel across the street) and the staff there are incredibly rude or unhelpful. There is either a long line at the front desk or no one is there. They do not answer their phones and when they do they give you the incorrect information. Finally, the "free" shuttle did not come to pick us up at the airport (we waited over an hour) and it was not available when we left to go back. I would say it is a 1.5 star hotel. Overall, definitely not worth the price.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and cozy. Perfect for couples.

The rooms were surprisingly too small to feel comfortable at all— location is perfect as it is close to everything. They just need to upgrade

I use to go 3 days per week at the shelley hotel back eraly 2000 til 2006. It has change!!!!! Room stink, ac blows coldiche, matresses are dioping on the side.... Cheap but way to expensive for what it is.... I ll never go back again and will now pay more but at least get something cofortable odor free....

I had to walk sideways around the huge bed in my small room. The surly lobby bartender was a DJ wannabe who blasted music when I was trying to get some rest and relaxation. The airport shuttle driver took off early and left me waiting 15 minutes for him to circle back and return, while I waited not knowing if he was ever going to show up and if I might have to take a taxi instead.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our great location just steps to the beach and Ocean Drive. Due to our subtropical weather, there are insects throughout the city, so we have pest control service the property weekly to avoid these instances. Our apologies if this was your experience. Our food vouchers are to be used at any of our six South Beach Group restaurants. We are disappointed you did not have a better stay, but hope you will come again where we can make things right.
