It was impossible to get things lile towels and washcloths. Staff is young and doesnt care

The property is Is in a perfect location to everything. Building needs to be upgraded as well as rooms tv didn’t work outlets didn’t work mini fridge leaked and phone didn’t work

The smell of chemicals in the lobby was very unpleasant

Had to change rooms because the bed fell in as soon as I sat down. Very small rooms and no elevator. Still waiting on my deposit.

Agent didn't opened the front door to me because he didn't trust me that I had a reservation because I arrive late (my flight was delayed). Bathroom had long hairs in the sink and shower, so it wasnt properly cleaned. Windows courtains dirty. Bed sheets has some dirt in the corners. I made an early check out because I was sick with vomits and fever, had to change my flight to same day I arrived (I only stayed here for about 9 hours and had a 3 night booking), they refused to Orbitz to give me back a refund, at least as courtesy. I come at least 7 times a year to Sotuh Beach, never coming back to this or any South Beach group Hotels.

They gave us a room that didn’t have a key, so we had to be let in by a staff member anytime we needed to get in our room. We would come into the lobby and no one would be there, so we would have to wait a long time for a staff member to show up to let us in

It’s non quality hotel,I’m not saying any bad things but, you’ll get what you pay! Every noon a person comes without knocking the door properly, you could be naked or doing something, they open the door to count snack-bar! Be ready for unexpected surprises. Other than that it’s close to the beach. That’s the only benefit I see. If you have enough budget go away, but if your budget low than its ok.

We booked one night last December 28th until the 29th for our anniversary. I’ve been staying at your hotel and at the Chesterfield for around 16 years. This opportunity we had a really bad and dangerous situations!! Our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel at 2:15am “late check in” my cousin gave us a ride because he lives in Miami and was safer for us, at the moment he parked outside the hotel to download our bags and drop us off. A young girl with a bikini who was along with the valet parking guy from the hotel got to our car right away and asked if we were going to park our car, we weren’t sure what she wanted, we didn’t think she worked for the hotel due to her appearance and her aggressive attitude hitting our car window because she wanted us to open them. We didn’t and she got angry I finally lowered the window and told her that we just were there to check in and the she threatened is that if weren’t nice to here we would be able to check in at all.!! Meanwhile the valet guy didn’t do anything so I assumed she worked there!! We were scared due her aggressive attitude physical and verbal towards us. You’re free to check the footage from your security cameras I’m giving you the time and date of the incident! We processed to check in the front desk man took 45 minutes to do so due an issue with the computers we were at the lobby after 3am!!! We asked about the lady outside and he told us she was a transsexual hooker who was always around and well known, never stay

Best location for Miami room is just a little small

They do not disclose that there is no elevator in hotel until after check in, and “only rooms available were on the third floor” for people with bad knees its less than pleasing.

The hotel was good. We experienced an entire morning with no power but that was no fault of the hotel. Most of the things were across the street, they didn't have more than like 7 channels to watch on TV, and the hotel was low on towels, but besides that, it was descent.

Location was good. Room was not to clean. Provided me with one towel and no rags. Room had huge water bugs in it because of palm trees that were near. Bathroom had mold and no microwave. Hotel that provided food credit was not located at the location I stayed had to go to another hotel to eat which I wasnt going to do. Should not be offering foid credit if its at a different location.

The shower handle needs to be fixed , bathroom switch fix and coffee machine is a must.

Our door never worked also didn’t like that we didn’t have ventilation.

The room was small and the picture on the site was very misleading. No elevator and the staff won't help if they see you struggling

House keeping ladies never knocked at the door before entering they just swipe the card and get in, they saw me naked once. That’s not good!

very nice hotel with access to pools at sister locations. Friendly helpful staff...would use again

Hello Monique. We are in the best location one short block to the beach and Ocean Drive. We are a historic, art-deco hotel that was built in the 1930's, but we consistently renovate our property with modern finishes and touches while preserving the Miami beach structure. Please let the staff know when anything is unsatisfactory, so we can assist with getting it corrected. Please consider us again when you are back in Miami.
