The property has a mildew smell. And there's evidence of water damage stains and mildew all over the rooms carpet disgusting the air conditioner constantly dripped from the ceiling One time even into my suitcase before I knew this was an issue. Weird chords and plugs in the corners of the room. I thought I took a picture but I didn't very unsafe. Beds had a clean pillow top under the pillow top was disgusting stains. Staff extremely rude. I tried to change my reservations. But it was a holiday weekend. Everything was booked the heated toilets were nice. Showers had mildew and let me elaborate when I say the staff are rude, I mean extremely rude. Definitely not like any other Miami experience. I've ever had do not book here

Very nice staff and good location. That said, my room was in need of an update, and there was quite a bit of street noise, as all rooms face 17th street. If you’re not a light sleeper and you don’t mind a room that shows its age, a fine place to stay.

The floors were super dirty. When we told staff she told us that house keeping couldn’t get in our room until the next day. When they did come in the only moped a small part of the floor. Our refrigerator stopped working which cause our food to expire. The pool was under construction so we had to go across the street to use another hotels pool which was only open from sun up to sun down. We didn’t feel welcomed at that hotel across the street. The staff were nice but not helpful resolving issues
