There is absolutely no lighting in this hotel. If you like getting dressed in the dark than this is the place for you. Housekeeping did a good job of attempting to clean it everyday but the room was just not clean. You can tell cleanliness in the details. There were dirt rings around some items in the btathroom. The bed was horrible and there were barely any television stations. The sink in the bathroom splashed everywhere when you used it.

They never changed our blankets when we asked. they never cleaned our room.

But Wifi was't working from the 3rd floor and elevator was broken during the stay. Staff was very carefree to address the issues.

Room was spacious, nice and clean. Loved the location, in the heart of it all. Noise at night was limited. Only downfall was the elevator not being operable. I was on the 3rd floor and that was not fun at all. We were in and out all day, it was a task though good exercise.

Clean, friendly staff, perfect location, and great value. Thank you Leo.

Checked In with Leo (who is so professional and nice). Check-in was relatively quick and he was helpful. Walked inside the room, the suites were immaculate. For the price we paid, I honestly cannot complain. I definitely feel like we got our money plus some. These suites have a fully equipped kitchen and I thought that was really helpful. The location is PERFECT. Literally one block away from the beach. Check out was simple as well. Was safe and did not have any issues. So many great restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. It was also a Walgreens next door (so convenient). I have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels and this one is definitely more 5 than four. We also received breakfast for two during our stay; however, I did not get up in time to try it. But it was appreciated. Definitely staying here again!

We had a great time, the room service was great and location was right on the strip and close to the beach.

Staff was fantastically accommodating - we arrived early, were able to leave luggage while walking to breakfast (yes, we were that early), then able to check into a larger room than booked two hours earlier than usual check in. The hotel is not the nicest looking Deco hotel on South Beach but our room was very large and recently renovated. The location was very good for our purposes. A definite value.

Beds didn’t have clean sheets room didn’t look like it was clean. Front desk was rude and nowhere friendly. Would not recommend to anybody.

The hotel was wonderful. The location was great. An easy walking distance to the park & beach. The Walgreen's next door was ideal especially for a late night snack or to get forgotten items. The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Everyone was knowledgeable of the area and how to get around or suggestion on things to do.

The rooms were large and with a nice kitchen, the problem that we had was one of our rooms had an infestation of bugs and larva on the bed sheets, pillows and floors to the point that we found larva in our suitcases the next day. We complained with the staff but we did not get any type of support or compensation from them. not even an apology denying the problem completely. Also the room was very loud and noisy at night and we could not sleep.

It was a good experience, the staff was very helpful. We had a problem with our room and they gave us a bigger and better room.

When first arrived at the hotel the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming at all.She assumed things that she should have just ask. On the last day we needed washcloths, I asked the man at the front desk for toilet paper nd washcloths ,housekeeping brought the toilet paper but we never got the washcloths. The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable nd clean I would stay at Nassau Suites again

We were pleasantly surprised at the room's spaciousness. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, but sufficient (breads, pastries, but no cereal options). The location was close enough to the beach, restaurants, and the shopping area.

In all I did not have a pleasant stay at all!! I was not given the room that I had reserved for...Bed sheets had blood stains on them and when I asked for new ones the rude front desk clerk told me there were not any more and to check back tomorrow!! In all, this place should be shut down!! Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! And I would consider hiring new staff members as well!

We didnt make it to breakfast but we had everything we needed. Thanks.

Great location close to bars, beach etc. Not a familly place. This is just your regular hotel, dont eat or drink from the hotel bar, too expensive. Weight room is a little small but no one there ever. I cant say too much bad stuff but also cant say too much good stuff about the hotel. Overall just your typical Joe Hotel.

This was your typical small hotel located in the heart of SOBE. The location was pretty hard to beat, especially if you did not want to be obscene prices of hotels like the Tides. The staff was not overly friendly, but this is also typical of MIA. The room was clean and spacious. A small breakfast of toast, mini bagels and juice was also included. Parking is $20 a day.

Lily at the front desk was wonderful. Location great.

The hotel is located in the Art Deco neighbourhood. The street it is located on is pretty turistic and it is 1 street away from the promenard right next to the sea. There are tons of good restaurants on the promenard. As for the hotel itself - The breakfast which is included is awful, meaning it is ultra minimalistic (frozen bread, bagels and cruasons). If you want there are cafes around. Breakfast sitting are is one table in the lobbi, although we always had place to sit. The elevator is for 2 people only, strange. The room has space, kitchen was decent, dining area is actually a high bar for 2 people in the kitchen. Kitchen and sleeping area is actually one open space, sort of a studio. Wireless internet in the room was OK. I did have a hard time guaranteeing in advance that I get 2 double beds in the room (had 2 kids), but after calling them a couple of times in advance it worked out OK. There is no carpet in the room, but a tile floor which was a bit strange for having a baby. In general, this could be a decent hotel. No sure about families with very small kids - could work, but not 100% ideal.
