The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Waste management was on premise at 730 am unloading the trash recepticles. We could hear the commotion outside our 7th floor window. It was not a welcomed sound during our long awaited vacation. Room 7c was missing a safety lock on the second access door from the kitchen. What type of place does not provide a safety lock for your family! We had to use a kitchen chair!

3 bedrooms,i was only expecting 2. Nice but very old pla

Staff is terrible. Rude. I was here with family and they treated us like spring breakers

The concierge was so helpful the room always was so clean Thank you

Employees are very respectful, Property is nice. First room we got was VERY outdated, kitchen had very old appliances!! We got switched to 5S and it was nice. The only thing is remodel is poor cheap quality. Id say 3 star

Honestly the property more closely resembled a Federal Penitentiary than a Miami Beach resort. Hall way was dark with a funky odor. The so called kitchen looked unfit for use. The rooms had numerous stains on the carpet and bedding. Very rundown overall.....to the point that a hurricane would be a better solution than trying to make improvements at this point. My family vacations frequently. This stay was BY FAR the worst reservation I’ve ever made. Very disappointed.

So much hidden costs. We were told they we were getting a sea view but we were only able to see the roof

The property itself is nice, can't beat the ocean view. Nice pool, staff were friendly. The only complaints are that the beds were really dented in the middle. We slept on a slant! And there was not daily cleaning service. I learned afterward that you have to request that at the front desk, so now others know to do this.

HORRIBLE ! hidden fees, you have to pay for a lounge chair and towel in their resort. Restaurant closes at 3 so no food after that. No drinks available as the bar closes at 3 also. Spa and exercise equipment was out of order. They charge for use of Wifi. So basically you pay for the amenities, they are not included in the cost of the room. Staff was rude, at least the ones that could speak English. Hair and mold in the shower. Wish i would have taken a photo !!! Last 2 nights of our 2 week vacation was the worse of the whole trip. Will never go back and do not recommend to stay.

The suites were huge and well worth the space. The only problem we’re our bath towels we’re all stain. I’m sure which ever housekeeper serviced that suite seen that and still put them in the bathroom. That was the only disappointing thing. I also think they can do without the towels tickets for the pool and beach. I was like a mad woman making sure the kids didn’t leave their towels anywhere. They charge $20 a towel if you don’t return the towel card. Valet $45 and addtl. Credit card hold of $200 beware. Overall space and view was great!!!

Worst visit ever the managers and staff were rude, they lied about ETAs for check in for hours and much more

The way the advertise the whole property and pictures it's nothing the same very disappointed from there entrance to pool, no Hamacks and entrance to beach wasn't happy but had to make the best of it but never again ooo and the leak in one of our restroom coming from up stairs.

We booked this hotel room based on Orbitz recommendation that it was a hotel resort on Miami beach. When we arrived we learned that it is an apartment without hotel services. The elevator was not operating correctly, the lobby was dark and dirty. We were charged a resort fee and there were no services. The pool was surrounded by construction, There were not resort restaurants. The hotel did not do daily housekeeping as you would expect from a hotel. We were very disappointed, we called Orbitz and they attempted to find us a replacement hotel but were unable to. We would like a refund.

No free parking as stated($45/day). No breakfast as stated. No free drinks for 2 people as stated. Two small lifts for whole big hotel complex. Need to wait for 15 mins for lift every time. No room Service after one day. Very slow and not welcoming behavior of staff at the time of checkin.

We had a great experience the hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful location and spacious rooms. The only things that need work are the elevators and the internet. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.

I had a great time with my family. I enjoyed cooking and spending time with my family. The building provides towels and bathroom supplies. It does not include housekeeping. The condition of the building is not great. Pool was damaged by the hurricane. 2 chairs are included and towels for the beach but not the umbrella. If you are use to hotels this is not for you. This is more like an airbnb place.
