The beds were uncomfortable and worn down. Turn down service had to be paid for as extra. The gym was extremely old, with no ventilation, and was very dirty. A total misrepresentation from the pictures.

The room and hallways were very dirty. The staff on site were unwilling to address issues and said we had to wait until housekeeping came the following day. There were no other rooms avaliable in the area and it was late, so we had to stay in a dirty room. As a mother, I felt terrible. When we needed clean linens, because the duvets in the closet were all dirty, and we needed new towels, the front desk sent us through a dirty run down service hall to talk to house keeping where we had to beg for enough towels for our family bc they have a towel shortage. The view was literally the only nice thing about this stay. The balcony was even filthy. The laundry room jad a door frame with a rusty door frame with metal sticking way out. The furniture was all falling apart. I have never left a negative review, and hate that this was our kids 1st experience in Miami. If we could have found another room, we would never have stayed.

The rooms were dirty and moldy, and the staff was extremely rude. They lied about checking out and tried to charge us extra. They don’t even put a blanket or a comforter on the bed they give you just a flat sheet. The pots and pans in the kitchen are dirty so you can’t use them without cleaning them. I wouldn’t recommend this to a homeless person.

I spent a lot of money to stay in 7m Dec 23-25. The room was disgusting. We arrive very late and didn’t see the concerns. The next day we saw the pic below. The walls were spackled unpainted walls, mounts of dust, towels with stains, cracked tiles, unfriendly sliding glass doo, stained dirty walls. There was no dish soap, no shelves for soap or shampoo for shower. There was no coffee filter no frying pan a kitchen with minimal utensils. My husband sliced his foot on an exposed nails in the torn carpet. He is now on antibiotics due to an immediate infection. We brought this attention to the front desk and he gave us this ticket with the email to contact you. We were offered to switch a room but we were leaving the next morning. I am expecting

Rented a two bedroom. Not enough towels & washcloths for 5 people. Had to go and pick up our own items from laundry room staff!! The main bedroom does not have a TV!! The balcony door in 10N is extremely hard to open and close. The pool was not very clean and it has a lot of rust stains in the pool. The access door to the boardwalk / beach area did not lock and was open the entire stay. Not safe for guest

Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. Also, it was huge. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!

Great use rooms and easy check-in/out. Was disappointed by the cleanliness- carpet’s dirty, baseboards caked in dust and found dead bugs on the floor. It was great having 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony view of the bay was lovely.

We couldn’t get toilet tissue. We had to bring down soiled towels to get new ones. There was a roach in kitchen area. There was water coming down from upstairs unit and it maintenance an hour to come address (I have you)
