The spot was nice. There was no beach view but one was not advertised so I wasn’t disappointed. The pool was nice and the beach was just out the back of the condo.

There were a few things that were weird, like getting the hot water to work in the shower and not being able to flush TP. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But other than that it was a great listing. Perfect location, close enough to the action but far enough that it is quite at night. Right next to the beach and boardwalk! Owner was very communicative and willing to accommodate our requests. Would 100% recommend!

Enrique was incredibly attentive and responsive whenever I had questions—he always got back to me right away. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, and even a few thoughtful extras. The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from all the South Beach activities, which made getting around so easy. There was plenty of space for four people, though it is a bit on small side—but honestly, you’re not there to stay inside all day. You’re there for the experience, and it truly delivered. Overall, it was a five-star stay. Thank you, Enrique, for everything!

We, myself my wife and four year old enjoyed an excellent week at Enrique’s apartment. It it scrupulously clean, well equipped and perfect situation. Beach and pool can be accessed directly from the building. The Ocean Drive restaurant scene is a short walk away, as is a first class kids playground. No need for car. One valuable amenity was access to no cost umbrella and beach chairs on beach. Enrique was a solicitous host both in advance and during our stay.
