The property is located in a convenient area; however, there are a few things you should know before booking your stay: The beach is a 20-30 minute walk away not 13th-14th street as they claim if you choose to use the complimentary chairs provided by the hotel. Please note that you will need to purchase an umbrella for an additional $100. Additionally, the hotel charges $30 per day for this service. Personally, I would recommend purchasing a chair on the beach itself for the same price, as it will be much closer to enjoy. Unfortunately, the A/C in the room cannot be adjusted directly. You will need to approach the front desk to request adjustments, but please be aware that after 10 pm, they may not be available. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but it is permitted in the central sitting area of the facility. However, it's important to note that people tend to sit there throughout the night and smoke weed, resulting in a pervasive smell that permeates the surroundings. Since the rooms are in close proximity, it can be difficult to find a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Throughout our three-night stay, we consistently noticed the smell of weed in the lobby. It's unclear whether the staff members themselves smoke, but the scent was present during our visit.
The property was disgusting. It was dirty and dated and had no air conditioning. The walls are paper thin. The plumbing in the bathroom sink did not work. The linens and blanket were dirty. We did not feel safe at all in this property
They charged $50 to check in early. First room was tiny and not like the pictures. No light fixtures. Tub was cracked and dirty. The second room we moved to was dim. Limited light. No full size mirror. Iron but iron board. The air conditioning was minimal and we couldn't change it. Rooms look old.

They advertised Peking and didn’t have any, they charged a service fee for wifi which was not available they were having “technical issues “ the air conditioner didn’t work. Awful awful experience. I have inquired about a refund and have not heard back yet.
Very friendly and super accommodating front desk staff. Very Clean, comfortable and elegant room. Some loud music playing and noise disturbances around midnight were frustrating.
