I want to dispute the charge for this hotel. We were NEVER provided the correct door code to enter the building. We had to use a wet floor sign to have entry back inside of the hotel each time we went out. Trying to get someone on the phone was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I will NEVER STAY AT A ROAMI AGAIN!

The bathroom was too small. The sofa was a fold out bed that was not comfortable as a sofa. There were no chairs, only the sofa.

Truly appreciate that it was a full apartment and we were able to cook food and brew coffee on the days we did not feel like spending extra money. Everything you could need was in the apartment. Beach was also super close. Only downside is that parking in this area can be tricky.

The location was excellent but the noise inside of the unit was a lot. The traffic from the street, constant honking, the extremely loud washer/dryer that sounded like a rocket blasting off, and a he way the voices and foot steps echoed throughout the unit any time anyone was walking up the steps or in the main area made it difficult to find much peace while being here. The unit itself was nice, and if you’re a night owl or don’t mind a lot of excess noise, you’ll love the place!

Our Stay was great, the location is awesome.. the place was decorated nicely, the only problem is the unit is on the 3rd floor stairs only and the smell of the building /unit, it has a old damp smell but it doesn’t overbear once you’ve inside your unit for about 10 minutes.. it needs fresh air, but the overall stay was pretty good I’ll stay again

Bright light from the building and parking lot next door made it difficult to sleep. This could be fixed easily with light blocking curtains. There is no parking and no assistance with finding parking. The rooms are well equipped with mini kitchen but the washer/dryer is one machine and needed instructions on how to use. When renting, I requested 3 bedrooms, and they gave me two units, a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom which were separate. I was charged for two units instead of one so this cost more than advertised. No pool and no fitness area. No instructions on how to access beach equipment if there is any.

Adequate. Living room light didn’t work. Control panel was down and unusable. Microwave needed service. Windows looked out on walkway a few feet away so were unusable. Lots of noise from upstairs and hallway. Bed sagged.

This entire building must have mold. We took picture of mold in our bathroom…Beware! The problems we found is MOLD, the bathroom door should have went out and Parking They responded quickly but these things are not something communication could change.

At first glance the property is nice, but the pictures are very deceiving. The room, including the bedroom is extremely small. The kitchen was clean, but the bathroom was pretty dirty including the shower and floor/wall between the toilet and shower. The first night we stayed we found lots of hair all over the sheets and comforter, and in the shower. There is a code to get in and out of the front door, but a homeless person was able to get in and stay in the lobby for several hours. After being back outside the homeless person decided to sleep right next to the front door. The second night we stayed here another family was able to enter a code that opened the door to our unit. I had to ask for the door code to be changed, but really didnt feel safe after that. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear what is going on in the next room. The location of the property however was convenient to shops and the beach.

Miami Beach Trolley runs to South Beach every 20 minutes or so. It didn’t have network TV only streaming services. No beach chairs were included only high chair and crib were included. It was a nice small clean efficiency apartment
