Amazing little boutique hotel! Great location! Pool is must for after beach relaxation, quick bite, happy hours! As a plus the hotel is one of the few that doesn’t charge resort fee! Staff is friendly, bartender at the pool is eye candy and have a great attitude! Definitely recommend! The only complaint is we had pretty noisy neighbors but this is Miami and can happen at any hotel...if you are looking for quieter place stay away from ocean dr area!

Location excellent , the hotel is quit place with nice pool and restaurant.

It was a bit shabby should be updated. Pool was really nice

Awesome customer service!!!!! Enjoyed my stay and would come back again

I purchased through Orbitz, and my friend purchased through the hotel's website. I paid the highest price for an Atelier room, which was an upgraded room, according to the advertisement. I also paid about $350 more than my friends. When I arrived, one day before my friends, I checked in at 12:30 AM. Front desk was nice, and after check-in, they walked me over to my building. It was not the building that i saw in the pictures, it was NOT the building with the pool, but a block away, rundown old building on top of the News Cafe. I was very disappointed. So upset, i went to the front desking asking for an update, and they told me "because I purchased from a 3rd party, I don't get the option for the best rooms". My friends (who paid $350 less) got a free upgrade to the penthouse (happy for them) but disrespected Orbitz. I was unable to get a room in the new and upgraded building. I did not USE the pool at all because it was a block away and not upstairs as the pictures/description showed. Issues with the other buildings; No Ice (have to go a block away and it it's not connected for ice). Rundown, motel looking hallway. TOO MUCH NOISE, you can hear conversations through the wall in the rooms and hallways. Checking out is in the other building. Pool and bar is in the other building. So what did I pay more money for? "Paid parking" was not on the hotel but in a public parking garage which took 20+ minute getting out sometimes due to public usage.

The hotel was clean overall. The bathroom was really small. The restaurant food was not stellar. The staff was friendly. I wish the pool stayed open after dark. The location is great.

Everything the view & services, it was closer to ocean drive

The staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. Awesome food and lots to choose from. The food was reasonable

only reason why i stayed at this property bc it was quiet, but there are no microwave's, the staff would not heat my food for 177.00 per night, the toilet backed up my whole vacation and the breakfast was hard and expensive

Everything the room the staff the area3ttgghhhhgggvvc

Great location. Unique decor. The only thing I didn’t like was the opaque windows in my room. The view was of the alley, so I guess that is why the windows wore opaque.

Hello, I am sorry that you did not have a good time with us. The prices fluctuate depending on when the reservation is made, and the room type. The annex building is actually the new building, and it has larger rooms. The services are available for both buildings, and ice can be delivered to the rooms.
