We originally had a smaller room with a very small closet but were moved to a bigger room that had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel manager Patricia was hands down amazing. She had quick customer service recovery and ensured our satisfaction.

We enjoyed our Stay at the hotel, all was great, with the exception of the air freshener strength used. It appeared the concentration used while we were there (third week of Sept.) was very strong, it could be felt when entering the hotel but was more noticeable when getting into the elevator or the basement.

Great amenities and location. Close to several restaurants. The morning meal at the restaurant attached to the hotel is perfect. Lunch and dinner are nearby, and you can walk to Spanish Way, which is very busy and has great restaurants.

We enjoyed a lot of this hotel but the few improvements could be: double glazing as we were loudly woken up early in the morning on most days, the room’s amenities were awkwardly laid out, e.g. no plug ports spare at the bedside as they were all used up and there was a small desktop ironing board but you couldn’t plug it in as there was only one plug socket by the basin and no space to put it there. However, the staff were very helpful and especially the bellboy who did everything. Also, the location and quality of the hotel were great. It’s just a few very small things which were not ideal but otherwise a lovely hotel.
