The staff was very nice! The food and drinks were nothing special but ok. The breakfast was great. The lunch was not. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The NOISE at 9am was horrible. The banging was so loud it felt like my whole room was shaking. There’s construction for the pool. I get that. But maybe don’t let people stay in rooms where it will be super loud from construction. I couldn’t wait to get out of my room this morning!

Great location being on the beach and near the best parking garage in south beach. Free umbrellas, chairs and towels and the staff is great. Room service kept our room spotless and stocked with new towels. Really can’t complain at all, would go here again!

We originally had a smaller room with a very small closet but were moved to a bigger room that had a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel manager Patricia was hands down amazing. She had quick customer service recovery and ensured our satisfaction.

We enjoyed our Stay at the hotel, all was great, with the exception of the air freshener strength used. It appeared the concentration used while we were there (third week of Sept.) was very strong, it could be felt when entering the hotel but was more noticeable when getting into the elevator or the basement.

Great amenities and location. Close to several restaurants. The morning meal at the restaurant attached to the hotel is perfect. Lunch and dinner are nearby, and you can walk to Spanish Way, which is very busy and has great restaurants.
