Nice lobby, good breakfast, clean room. People at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I was checked in 2 hours early and late complementary. I am planning to be back in August.

Checked into Ocean Reef on April 14th Pedro took care of us with early check in noon time Room was awesome location awesome 5 minute walk to beach all other desk clerks were Awesome bed comfortable very clean hotel/room thanks for a great stay!!

Very good spot in Miami. It’s walking distance to the beach and good eats.
The front staff were friendly but the room was not cleaned properly. We found a pair of dirty underwear in our sheets. The floor was coming up and the beds were not comfortable.
Run down and requested a queen bed and ended up with two fulls
Oceqn Reef is a nice hotel in the middle of South Beach. Great location and great staff. The lady who helped at breakfast was wonderful. Upon check in the man at the desk was helpful. He helped my wife with the stroller and gave me a milk for mu daughter. Over all really nice place with great people.
Great location however was disappointed with the shuttle bus service, I originally requested pick up and drop off service to and from airport, after being left once i arrived i was forced to take a cab, the studio room that I booked was ok but serverely over furnished there was barely any walking room to get around, the hotel does not have a ice machine or any ice trays in the Mimi fridge/freezer box, the bed was a mattress on wooden planks that were nailed into a frame which was highly unnerving & slightly uncomfortable I kept thinking I was going to end up on the floor the complimentary breakfast was mediocre waffles toast and cereal which had to be served and was actually counted overall I’d give them 2&1/2 stars out of 5
Great location, comfortable rooms other than the very loud window AC unit. My husband is not a light sleeper but even he did not get much sleep because of it. Nice breakfast with waffles ( however no syrup) and croissants. Convenient fridge, hot plate to warm food on, microwave, plates and silverware in rooms. Towels provided for the beach and also chairs included with option to rent umbrellas.
