I didn’t like this hotel . For the fact nothing was working properly. First we wait to check in 25 mns waiting and Only one person front of us ….. then none of the key door were working . In order to open your door you have to pass by the receptionist to recharge the card . Talking to other clients who have stay longer it was like this for 3 day . Then the safe wasn’t working ether To not say also the AC wasn’t working properly the room was really hot . No I will not recommend this place . I never book hotel with orbits but I won’t do again . Really disappointed how you have Handel this hotel and the reservation. Because it’s starting by a problem at the reservation. I have some point I wanted to used with Orbitz fidelity. When we book with a fresh page on internet the room was at $79 when we confirmed the reservation it ending at more than $200 and we could cancel to re book something. Even after having talking to one agent from orbits . Yes really poor Serveces on both side . Thank you never more .

Location was great. The room was clean. Decorated in vintage style. Flooring was NOT carpet. BIG PLUS for laminate flooring. Room had a full length mirror. Fridge was small. Can only place a few bottles of ice tea or soda. Forgot to mention it was quiet.

The hot water didn’t work the tv didn’t work an the bathroom smelled like mold an it’s was roaches in the room

The air conditioning did not work in the room we were assigned to so we had to be moved.

Water slow to heat. Otherwise great location for the money.

Very close to the beach, good style, and nice rooms

Rooms were kinda of small but the convenience of being in the area supersedes everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If I was staying in south beach again I would stay here. Parking is close, free drinks every night from 7-8 and the shopping is literally across the street.

Very easy check in and staff was very friendly. Hotel in prime location on SOBE, and the room was very nice.

This property is in a great location. Pretty much in walking distance to everything. The staff was wonderful. Special shout out to Ros & Juan who were very helpful & accommodating. The hotel is a great bang for the buck. Wish the bathroom was a little larger & the hotel offered food but those things are of a lesser concern. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

They offered beach chairs and towels for guests, FoC and also have a nice happy hour where you could meet many of the other guests.

Close to the beach, free happy hour, good vegetarian burger, staff was firendly, good price, free shuttle to airport, simple room, walk in shower, clean

Since we are a historic Art Deco hotel, despite the upkeep and renovations, the plumbing is original and sometimes it may take a little while for the hot water to adjust. Leaving the tap open for a minute or two will typically solve the problem.Our apologies for any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again for a future stay.
