Where do i even start if I could give this place a negative review I would book at your own risk I had a terrible experience and staff where rude and not understanding I booked a room with a double bed and only got one the whole staff gave me a run around on switching rooms and the room it self was on the corner so all we heard was cars all night long will never book with them again
DO NOT STAY HERE. RUN. Shame on you Orbitz that sell and promote places like this. Changing my app now to start using another but Orbitz. Any hotel should be better than this one. If there were no stars to give….
The room was clean except the floors. The appliances were not clean. The room smelled of smoke and was musty. It was not a family friendly place. There was a lot of smoking in the courtyard and adjoining rooms, but I suppose that is not the hotel’s fault. Getting towels and extra toilet paper was difficult. I had to flag down one of the cleaning staff to get these things. I was promised dish cleaning soap and sponge and that never showed up.
I didn’t like that early morning they fix the next apartment bathroom while I was there. But the most annoying was that they didn’t wait until 9am or 10am to start fix the problem. They didn’t care and they start like too early, I couldn’t have good sleep. Pretty bad, the managers decide to bother early morning.
THE WORST. my room had bed bugs! I will like a refund
Old apartment building, nothing was updated when they converted it in to hotel.
Checkin office was not the address where itinerary stated I was staying. I showed up and discovered no checkin office or signage of its whereabouts anywhere. Parking while trying to figure this out was a nightmare. Had to disturb someone staying onsite to ask for help. He told me he experienced same thing and told where to go to checkin 7 streets away. When I eventually found the checkin office - Took another 1.5 hours to find parking. Beyond this - room was beautiful and service was good. Make sure you have strong patience and good tolerance to book at this place. If not - don't even think about it.
Very Friendly and helpful staff! We checked in, in the middle of the night and was greeted with a very nice gentleman who checked us in quickly then helped us carry our luggage over to the next block to our Apartment. The next day we had to move to one of their other locations 5 blocks away, but staff super helpful. They loaded all of our luggage into the van and settled us in to our new apartment. During our one week stay our aircon stopped cooling and they promptly put in a new AC unit. Upon leaving they picked us up with all our luggage and returned us to the main office to check out! It was great experience! Great Price!
Nice hotel but too noisy due to traffic each morning.
Good beach vocation, calm place, shops nearby. Getting arround by walking, South beach is availableby bus. Publix supermarket is in 1 mile walking
First I was kinda confused how this apartment hotel would be while booking the room, but when I arrived the check-in process went smoothly and to my surprise the room was extremely nice. We stayed in the studios and it was very spacious. It gives you a homely feeling and the best part is the cleanliness. It is very close to North beach and the park. Our stay was amazing, we would definitely stay at Beachside Apartment Hotels.
Make sure you get an apartment in the back, as the front faces Collins Ave. There is heavy traffic throughout the night and the noise is terrible. Otherwise really clean and spacious, with nice little sitting area outside.
When checking in, there were no available rooms, so they instructed my wife to drive to another building to another available room. My wife refused to drag my ten year old through the Miami streets in the dark and requested a refund. Two weeks later the refund has still not been processed. I will continue posting these reviews until Lieberman and the South Beach Group process my refund.

We do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, cigars in our facility. If we are aware, they will be fined.
