Nuestra estadia estuvo muy bien. El hotel limpio, la piscina limpia y comoda. La cama estuvo comoda y el area del hotel esta cerca de la collins ave y la playa que se puede ir caminando. Lo unico en lo que deberian mejorar es que aveces las de limpiezas me recojian las toallas sucias y no ponian limpias, tenia que decirle que dejaran. Otra cosas es que en el apartamento había algunas cucarachas y el parque es un problema . Para no pagar tanto en el día nos parqueábamos en el área de residentes pero en la noche teníamos que parquearnos en otro lugar pagando y si teníamos suerte en frente del hotel gratis pero temprano en la mañana había que mover el carro. Me gusto y me volvería quedar porque esta serca de todo y nos sentimos seguros.

When I pulled up to the property I was impressed with how beautiful the building was. I walked inside all I could do was say “wow”, it was so clean and smelled so good.There was wine o clock set up on the lobby daily, coffee in the mornings and everything was just gorgeous.When I walked into the room it just got better and better. All I could do was smile and say that I made a very good choice e and I would definitely stay here again.

Pro’s: Location is safe at night and well lit Pool is clean Building looks nicely landscaped 10 min walk to the beach Friendly staff Cons: Room service came 1 time in 7 days Parking is an absolute nightmare $30 a day parking (if spots available) HUGE amount of ROACHES.. yes ROACHES. Property was/is dated, could use a major renovation. Odd smell in the room, the drain stopper in the bathroom sink was stuck closed, shower curtain was stiff and caused limited space in the shower if you wanted to avoid it while showering, TV’s were either too small (bedroom) or mounted in inconvenient places (kitchen/living room area), sofa/couch felt like plastic and I didn’t see any linens/bedding available so I couldn’t sleep there. Nice location and the exterior curb appeal was good but this was VERY overpriced in my opinion.

Very large condo apartment setup. Nicely designed the full kitchens and refrigerator. It's a good base for a family. It's a short walk to the beach shopping and restaurants. I'll use this facility again because it's so nice and I love North Beach

Nice, safe, family-like atmosphere. Great location, close to the beach. Enjoyed free coffee in the lobby. To improve: Teflon pots/pans need to be renewed/changed with new (possibly steel) cookware. Overall, I would return in this hotel and recommend it to friends.
