I'm very sorry for this review but my wife and I were really disappointed by the outdated and dirty the rooms were it also smelled damp in the room .

We arrived to hotel around 10 or 10:30 am. Hotel staff did not want make early check in. So we waited till 4 pm to make check in. No parking, so you have to find parking yourself. Rooms are not clean and room service guys not friendly. Pool has hot water. But hotel very close to beach.

El hotel se encuentra en muy mal estado, sucio y desagradable lo único q puedo rescatar es la atención. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y comprensivas. Casi siempre planeo con Orbitz mis vacaciones espero q retiren ese hotel de su página y q tengan más cuidado con los hoteles que ofrecen. Gracias Att Marlon y janeth arango.

We checked in and went up to our room. The first thing we noticed was the smell getting off the elevator. It smelled musty like he place hasn't been cleaned in years. We open up our door and it also seemed like the room had never been cleaned. So first thing we do is lift the mattress to check for bed bugs (We do this at every hotel) and under the mattress was a bag of marijuana! We go down and tell the front desk and they apologize and give us another room. We go to the new room hoping it's better and it's not. Still dirty and the bathtub is disgusting. We realize we really have no choice and this is as good as it gets. Well in this room apparently the tub is leaking into the room beneath us so we have maintenance in and out of our room probably 10 times or so (including times we were not there because our stuff was moved in the bathroom) and we are trying to change bathing suits and staff is just knocking on our door. We complain to the manager who really does nothing for us. Overall this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They will tell you they're renovating but it doesn't seem to be making anything better. You get what you pay for here. Location was sort of OK but could be better. Breakfast is expensive too.

I wouldn't say we had terrible experience there but it could off been better for sure. The hotel looks a little bit dated. They started some reconstructions and renovations, but I guess it would take some time. The location is good, close to the beach and restaurants.

Easy check in,the bathroom was ugly and moldy,the tub has a big crack on it.the rug was peeling off the floor.the a/c system was all exposed and ugly looking.the furniture was peeling .the mattresses had stains all over,yuk

Day one, woke up to the sound of a jackhammer renovating the room immediately downstairs. Day two, cleaning staff did not clean our room, had to ask at the front desk at 8 p.m. to have it done. Day three, cleaning staff cleaned the room but left absolutely no fresh towels or wash cloths or bath mat. Again, front desk remedied the situation but it's irritating to have to for something everyday that should be provided. I would like to say that Christopher at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful!

That was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Dirty and old. Stuff is rude.

The place is close to Lincoln Road and a few steps from the beach, staff are very kind and helpful.

Smelly rooms. We had to change 3 rooms before getting a decent one. Waste of money. Definitely not going back. Don't recommend to any one.

For the time we rented, the floors smelled badly. The air conditioned was leaking water and barely working. the smell of the place was so disgusting we could not have stayed another night. Location was great, but the carpet was hideous. Maybe if it had tile it would lessen the scent of years of partiers going through there.

this hotel was dirty, dingy. They charged my credit card for charges they were not supposed to. Good thing I checked my bank statement. The staff is not helpful at all. We had to ask for towels and for the staff to clean our room. Only one elevator for the whole hotel. Bathtub was peeling with mold on it. Disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed.

The hotel has a great location, but just felt run down. The paint in the bathroom had been spot painted, rather than just painting the whole thing. (One day job, right?) The hotel staff (with a couple of exceptions) seemed to be going through the motions. The room was not particularly clean when I arrived, nor did it get cleaned all that well while I stayed there. I'm not that particular, because I didn't go there to hang out in the room. But if you can't meet even my low standards....

Love this place that I booked my second night here friendly staff and great location close to everything.. I have an ocean view and balcony that made my trip. My cousin and never been to miami and is totally put the cherry on top..

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping and desk staff were great! We loved our stay. It's a good spot if you're looking for the nightlife scene. There's a citi bike rental station right outside which was helpful because the Art Deco district is about 6 blocks away. That spot is much more family friendly I'd that's what you're looking for. Not bad for the money, but the hotel doesn't have a parking lot so plan on spending $1.75/hour to park in the city lot right outside or find a garage. Depending on the length of your stay it may be cheaper to use the taxis.

it was a good location but the hotel is very sketchy, its scary and lonely. I will not be staying here again, I prefer to pay more at a different hotel rather than staying here. I was scared to go to the restroom and to lay in the bed :( worst hotel we have ever stayed at!

hotel was a little above our expectations, definitely wasn't the best though, location was amazing however. We ended up getting a balcony room and it was right across from the beach, amazing views! Anyone with a low budget but wants close to the beach and some good small bars, this is the place for you.

literally found drugs

one week in seagull hotel

a mistake a day
