There were quite a few issues — the bathroom door and the safe were broken, the beach chairs on the beach couldn’t be used, and we had to carry folding chairs and towels provided by the hotel down to the beach. There was also only one slow elevator, and even though we booked Park Central, we were actually put in the building next door. Still, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Service was great. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Room was clean. Outlets were tricky as one wasn't working and learned the hardway when my phone lost its charge in the morning. Beach was right across the street. I liked they put a towel and water bottle in the backpack beach chairs.

The hotel was very nice with a beautiful view and clean surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, even after requesting multiple times, our room was never cleaned during our stay. We also had to ask several times over a few days before receiving fresh towels. That was the only downside of our visit. Overall, the location was great—safe area with plenty of amenities within walking distance, and Uber made getting around very convenient.
