There were quite a few issues — the bathroom door and the safe were broken, the beach chairs on the beach couldn’t be used, and we had to carry folding chairs and towels provided by the hotel down to the beach. There was also only one slow elevator, and even though we booked Park Central, we were actually put in the building next door. Still, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Service was great. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Room was clean. Outlets were tricky as one wasn't working and learned the hardway when my phone lost its charge in the morning. Beach was right across the street. I liked they put a towel and water bottle in the backpack beach chairs.

Decent room overall a 4 star because some thing we’re not up to par that resulted in losing a star. The location is awesome and the restaurant and bar were ok. Stains were on the living room furniture in my room was the only cleanliness issue I had through the hotel. And valet parking was $45 per night which I believe is insane.

The hotel is under new management. Staff was polite, friendly and professional. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The bicycles and the beach chairs were nice extras. The pools were clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool has a great view of the ocean. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the hotel and the staff.

Beautiful property, rooms and restaurants. Two beautiful pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas. They loaned you cute chairs to bring to the beach across the street and they have bikes you can use during the day. Everything was great, the hotel is close to everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. Right in the middle of everything. Rooms run a tad bit humid so that’s something to consider (stayed in a deluxe room) if you are sensitive to that but the AC works great.
