Its very well located and cheap. But bed are noisy, hair in bathroom, staff non friendly. Worst is the $ deposit scam that if u pass 10 min not telling them u are check out at time they dont give back deposit... And weird lobby.

Shabby across the board. Every piece of furniture was torn or broken somehow. The carpeting in the kitchen was torn and stressed. the water was rusty. I had to climb on top of a table to access the filthy vent to get some air conditioning into the room. The receptionist gave me a print out with incorrect information for the wifi password then was rather snarky about it when I asked him for a correction. I mean it could be a junky motel but certainly not for the price i paid. I feel genuinely swindled.

This was the worst hotel I have been in ever! I couldn’t take my shoes off cuz floor was so filthy. No phone. No wake up calls either day the promised they would. But when I overslept by one hour. there were 3people in my room screaming that they will call police if I do not pay for another day at double the rate! No front desk. U have to go to their other dump to do anything. WiFi was down. Tv was down. Staff smokes weed in front lobby. No toiletries. I received one towel. Ugh. This was honestly the worst place I’ve ever been in. I’d beg anyone going to not

The hotel was so tacky terrible and disgusting the room was so dirty omg

This is a drug dealing shak, constant in and out hand to hand deals right in front of the hotel. It smells like a marijuana factory, the rooms were small and dirty. The staff I never saw once, only the men in th lobby selling drugs.

I don't think you can get a better location in South Beach! The hotel is your typical not so great place but the location makes up for it!

Bad bad no one did anything about the place plus the place was just a mess

I rather you just not do business with this hotel until they renovate it.

Kiyana barcus Itinerary Number: 13905856833 Message: I stayed at the Geneva hotel in south beach Miami which was recommended on your site. This was the most horrific hotel experience of my life. The hotel pictures described a beautiful experience which wasnt at all. It was disgusting, dirty and unsafe. We stayed in room 9 and there was an iron without an ironing board. A closet without one hanger. The towels were supposed to be white, however they must have not been cleaned and were a dingy brown. They were all different sizes and different brands folded together. The bathroom shower pressure was the same as the sink. It sprinkled out for minutes before even reaching a luke warm temperature. The toilet still had the dirty ring in the inside as if they just flush the toilet without cleaning them. The pillow cases had makeup stains and when you get them replaced, they give you ones with new stains on them. The wooden floors were dirty. we bought socks and flip flops to walk across the scarcely spaced room but the socks were filthy after just a few minutes as if they never mopped the floors. We passed a team of hotel cleaners and the mop was filthy with no clean water bucket in sight. They have one windex bottle and toilet paper on their carts. The view was of a alley way of furniture that has been thrown out. When you do leave the room, there is a horrific smell of cigarettes and weed that smacks you in the face. Both room keys weren't working by Saturday night and we had to

very affordable, but not quite what I was expecting for Miami Beach. good location though

First off, there is no lobby or front desk at this location at you have to go to the hotel next door to check in.The women working the front desk were very friendly, but highly unorganized and VERY slow. It took me over 40 minutes just to check in. Afterwards, I had went to ask where the ice/vending machines were located and they said the hotel didn't have any. In order to get into the Geneva hotel, you have to walk through the front door of another business to access a door in the back which was kind of awkward. The room itself wasn't horrible, but all the appliances were outdated, cable only had 10 channels (all did not even work), and the floors were dirty...I will not stay here again.

You are definitely paying for the location at this hotel, which is phenomenal. If you don't plan on spending much time in the room, this is perfect. The walls are like paper, the other guests loud, and don't plan on sleeping in. They also take a $50 "deposit" from a credit card, which you have to sign for (not a hold). When you leave, they put the money back on your card (which for some strange reason you also sign for). Not much water pressure on the third floor...don't expect "spectacular," and you won't be disappointed.

Great staff and a bed close to the action when you don't really plan on spending time in the room. Lowest price we've found on Collins.

The hotel pictures did not match our room AT ALL. The hotel was very much over prized for what it was. The shower shot out like a jet. Other than that, good location which was all that really mattered. You are paying for location.

Personal is nice and this is the only good thing there.

On our trip our goal was to get hammered on the beach and party all night. We barely stayed in the room. It provided a roof over our heads and it was cheap. No complaints here. I would stay again just to have a room. It was not the type of hotel to spend your honey moon.

They could not find the information for my stay. It took 20 minutes to check in. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The room door would open or close unless you pushed or pulled really hard, because the door had water damage and swelled. The room smelled like mildew and the outer covers of the bed were dirty. The bathroom was gross.Parking cost $25 additional to room cost. Will never return to this hotel.
