Convenient, with great amenities like a pool, restaurant/bar with hot breakfast buffet, and guest laundry. I wish there had been soap and coin exchange on site for the laundry however, since walking to the gas station up the street was a hassle. Rooms and property were very clean, but the river behind the pool was full of trash (so was the rest of Hialeah we saw, but it's still disappointing to see).

They have charged my credit card for the full night while I prepaid via orbitz. Instead of just blocking a ‘deposit’. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting this refunded.

Check in experience was really good. Restaurants was super slow, restaurant staff was mediocre at best. Best the veiw from my room was HORRIBLE!! For a $300 room it was..... Embarrassing for me and my date. I wish I could upload picd of this disaster.

Overall it was very good. Only issue was the very loud noise next door we had with our room. Seems as though there was a lot of kids playing in hallway and the room next door. Hope that next time we stay issues like this gets reported to avoid this.

Property needs renovation. Rooms are old. Furniture was old and drawers would not stay close. We were on 8th floor there is live music on 9th floor past midnight. Unable to sleep. The staff was the only good part. Very nice and tried to accommodate

The value is not there for the price. Shuttle service is good and staff is friendly. The area around the hotel isn’t the best and the premises could be cleaner. The inside of the hotel was not dirty but it is in organized and furniture could be replaced. Some of the seats had cracks and foam poking thru. The room seemed clean…. But, the furniture smelled like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag…. Like the old bleach smell. It was not pleasant. Like I said. It was just not worth the money.

The hotel location was pretty good. The hotel was clean and staff was very nice. The bathroom could of been bigger but loved the walk in shower. I loved that meals were served on top floor and played music at night. Definitely was a great choice for a quick getaway

I was suppose to stay at this place on the 17th traveling from Orlando but was unable to make it due to a family emergency & they charged my card & refused to refund me. Pure robbery

It’s very close to the airport, but parking can be limited at times. People were parking on the streets at one point and the manager actually came out and gave up his spot so we could park in the lot.

Very friendly staff and the price is right

During 5 days,they never clean our room There’s no soap and toothpaste

Complicated system of shuttles from the airport; long waits for that. Our room was cleaned only on the third day despite multiple attempts to talk to the management in person. No complimentary breakfast or water.
